There were water spots all over even after the wipe down, and now I have a bunch of scratches across my car in various spots. These scratches weren't there before. The response I got was poor at best. They wanted me to run my car back through to see if it caused MORE DAMAGE to prove they did it. It was explained that, if it didn't do it again, they would only then check the cameras and machines for anything that could have caused it. Because I'm not willing to risk further damage, I'm going to have to pay for the damage to my car. AVOID AUTOBELL. Your better off washing your car yourself. This trouble is not worth what I paid to have my car washed.

Priced well but it washed pretty much none of the dirt we got from transporting the car. It was not a lot but it was a greyish color I think from the salt on the road. Either way, my car looks as bad now as it did before the wash so I had to take it elsewhere to finish the job. Would I be back? Maybe. I might try with my other cars since the special is pretty amazing. There are a lot of options so I may try one of the others. Going in and out not bad. I wish they had better signage to direct us and an easier way to get discount without having to use a card or an attendant.
