When I received my drink, it had mango stars added even though the sticker on the cup didn't list mango stars as an ingredient. I'm allergic to mango, so this was a serious issue. Thankfully, I only consumed one piece and my allergy isn't life-threatening, but it easily could have been much worse. When I politely asked if they could remake the drink without the mango, the staff argued with me instead of simply correcting the mistake. That response was more disappointing than the original error. Mistakes happen, but when it comes to food allergies, they should be taken seriously. Between the incorrect order and the way the situation was handled, I won't be coming back. I hope the staff takes more care with orders in the future, because this could have had much more serious consequences.
