You can't expect me or your dog to endure months of hair to be brushed out in one sort session your dog endures pain or the fact he might receive brush burn. I refuse to cause your dog pain and simply shaving dogs that shouldn't be isn't in there best interest either it's a lazy way out and it only causes more harm than solution by causing more Matt's unhealthy grow back. So if I ask you to return it's in the best interest of your dog and personally that's all I care about. So if your looking just for vanity I'm not the groomer for you. But if you want your pup to have a positive compassionate groomer here Iam. And even with a ten dog schedule I put each one first and get them out on time. So please speak to me about any grooming issues I will be happy to address your concerns and if schedulings a issue I do take my days off and volunteer to help anyone out. There is a single door separating the rooms so the dogs continuous barking can be heard quite loudly in the cat room. - I don't know when she threw up, but they never put the bed back in the condo even after they washed it I don't know anything about the dog side, but hopefully I never need to board my cat again.

The staff is…read morealways really friendly and helpful, and they offer a large variety of food, treats, supplements, toys, collars/leashes, etc. On one occasion I was looking for a life jacket for my reactive dog - the staff offered that I could take one of the jackets out to my car to try it on my dog prior to purchasing it. This same dog has terminal cancer - the staff has helped me on many occasions to find various items for him: calming supplements, low-fat rawhide options, etc. Whenever I bring my non-reactive dog in the store, she always gets lots of treats (with permission) and attention from the staff. She's a big fan of this store, too. It's clear that they truly care about their human and pet customers! Thank you, Paws 'n Claws for always taking such great care of us!

I was in quite the panic. She shared our options that we could come in now or could get in first thing at 8 am. Since my pup was stable I brought him in at 8 am. The front desk team was so kind and got him in immediately. They were busy with their regular patients and knew them all by first name. I had no idea of the risk because neither vet brought it up. At the very lest this is professional negligence. It is my firm belief that the risky procedure was pushed because it was high priced. As I later found out there were other treatments for the gingivitis that involved inexpensive home care. They did not inform me of alternate treatments. This is not only more professional negligence but borderline criminal. They push unnecessary tests and use to their own advantage and benefit the lack of knowledge that pet owners have, to put money in their pocket. This is a lack of professional standards and integrity.
