This place is right up the street from me, but I never visited (obviously, no reason to). There's nothing distinguishable about it, but I will give kudos to the older woman that works there in the afternoons. I used a regular-size washer and ran across the street Taco Bell. When I returned, she had removed part of my load and placed it in another washer because I had overloaded it and it started playing bass drum in there (if you've ever overloaded or unevenly loaded a washer, you know what I mean). What impressed me is that she didn't simply turn it off for me to correct upon my return. She moved the clothes, put money in the second machine and didn't charge me. I would have hugged and kissed her, but I understand there are laws against that... ...so I left it at a hearty thank you.

No pricing listed on their website and rather, it instructs you to call each location individually to speak to someone and determine pricing, so I did exactly that. Call auto-directs to a pre-recorded message that states your call will be referred to customer service who has time off on weekends and holidays and you may have delayed responses. The shadiness and making you jump through hoops to find the price for a load of laundry makes me think the other post is correct about their insane prices. Looks great in photos, but absolute garbage transparency of the business.

Went in around 730, no one there…read more Sparkling clean, attendant must be in the back put 3 comforters in large washer, then noticed there's no signs telling you the cost.... digital start panel, touched it, 18.00 TO DO 1 LOAD. I shoved the other 3 comforters in the washer and started it. 23 minutes to wash spin and rinse, if you want more it'll cost you. Extra rinse and spin - 7.00. Nope. Attendant never showed up, had to use the restroom, locked. Thank goodness the dryer was free for 23 minutes-if you want more time it'll cost you... 1.00 for 3 minutes, etc. Attendant never showed their face, neither did another patron. Now I know why. This is in Whitehall people, nobody around here has that kind of money to do laundry! I had another load to do but since the first one took all my quarters I put it back in the car. What a rip. Oh, if you don't want to carry all those quarters you can download their app, add a credit card to it and do laundry that way! No thanks. Lesson learned.
