While visiting my son in Parker for a few weeks (I live in Pennsylvania), I contacted Eugene to enquire about a ceramic treatment for my vehicle. Eugene spent an enormous amount of time with me explaining all there probably is to know about car paint upkeep, and the pros and cons of ceramic, ceramic hybrid, and regular wax jobs. For my car, we decided on a ceramic hybrid treatment. Eugene and his crew did a fantastic job on my black 2014 Chevy Tahoe. I specify black, because the dark colors are notorious for showing every little imperfection. My Tahoe is in good shape, but when I took it to Eugene, it definitely showed the effects of 7 Pennsylvanian winters and having been driven through standard automatic car washes. Eugene and his crew got the swirls and the other marks out after a clay treatment, and applied a ceramic hybrid finish. When they were done, the black paint job looked more like a black mirror. It has been over 6 weeks and almost 2500 miles since the detail and treatment (we drove back to Pennsylvania), and following Eugene's maintenance recommendations, our Tahoe still looks great! I've had my car for almost nine years and, though I barely drive compared to the majority of people, never cleaned it. Two years ago, I got a puppy who had a long, serious bout of illness and repeatedly threw up in the back seats. Between that and carting her to visit my family almost daily, the car went from passable to filthy very quickly. Wow! These guys EMBRACE customer service! I had gotten my car swiped by an absent-minded lane-changer. Looked like some paint transfer and clear coat scratches. I thought, "well, I needed a detail, and maybe we can clean up those scratches." Eugene, the owner, promptly called me when I inquired. I don't think I even waited 5 minutes. He listened to my situation, gave me a run down, and explained everything I had questions about in-depth. I have a pretty funky garage situation (it used to be an old horse stable and it doesn't fit a car) and Eugene helped me out by having my car picked up and driven to the garage. Throughout the process Eugene sent me updates, photos, and let me know how everything was going. By the time I got my car back -- I felt like I had a brand new ride. Splash was the answer for a woman wanting a special Christmas gift for her 82 year old husband. I found "Splash" in car detailing businesses that had five *****. A cordial woman (not a robot) set up an appointment in Parker, Colorado, quite a drive. The service was a bit pricey, but it was a Christmas present for my husband. When my guy looked at his Christmas present parked in our garage, his reaction was superb. "It looks like a new car." He was referring to his 14 year old Grand Cherokee that had been sitting in the elements for several years. The owner/ manager, and the two technicians made me glad I had overcome my reluctance to drive that far on Christmas Eve. My 2017 Honda Accord had been brought to a car wash where a hard bristle brush was used on it. (The person was trying to be nice and wash my car.) Well, my car was scratched up from front to back and top to bottom. I really didn't think it could be repaired without going to a body shop. However, I decided to try a car detailer. After several inquiries, I opted to go with Splash as Eugene was prompt, professional and up front. I really didn't think he would be able to salvage the paint... but he did. It took them a good 8 to 9 hours (maybe longer) to get it to where it looks nice again. They exceeded my expectations. I wish I had before and after pics... but, maybe they do. Not only were they able to get me scheduled immediately they completed the job within 24 hours of my initial call. What great convenience that they come to my home and detailed my car while I was able to stay inside and get chores done and not get stuck in a shop for hours. The two young man that showed up were on time, looked professional and were completely respectful and did a great job on my Kia Sorento. The owner was so kind and generous that after the job was completed he removed some originally quoted items that were either not needed or barely used, like the steam cleaning and spot cleaning. WOW!! The quality of work was outstanding! My car looked even better than I expected it to...better than when I bought it! I had the detailing done to prep my car for sale, and it sold the first day it was listed. The buyer noted that the condition/detailing was a big part of why he chose it when comparing to other vehicles. My mother is older and has difficulty remembering to clean her car, so it was an absolute disaster and probably hadn't so much as been through the car wash in a couple of years. Splash Moblie Detail did a great job cleaning it, although it (understandably) took much longer than expected. Nonetheless, Eugene was incredibly responsive, he sent update pictures throughout the day and kept us in the loop as to when to expect the return of the car. Eugene and the team were great. We had them do a Toyota Sequoia and a Tesla Model X. The scheduled just a few days out, on a Saturday. Everything was just as quoted, and the cars looked excellent.
