Wow what fun did my family and I have at this water park . We were visiting from NYC. 44.99 for anyone 42 inches or higher. Lazy river, wave pool, lots of slides and more. Such a great place for friends and family . The lockers are 8 dollars for medium size and 12 for the large. Lots of food vendors also but just like any amusement park or water park buying food from inside the establishment is always more expensive, that Is the only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Parking is free which is a plus. I advise buy your tickets online and get to the park early . I am definitely turning this into a yearly thing for my family and I. My son Is 7 and boy did he enjoy. Thank you so much splash mountain for a wonderful day.

This is a refreshing park that I truly enjoyed it and recommend to families to bring their children. Youngsters, even toddlers are able to enjoy the water sprinklers, and pool as well as the adults. The prices are affordable. I went in after 3:00 pm, paid half the price, and was able to go into most of the rides. The snacks they offered for sell is Hot Dogs, sweets as Flannel Cakes, ice cream, pop corn, nachos. They have a mini arcade at the entrance and gift shop. My favorite ride was the Splash Mountain. Overall, I recommend this amusement Park Jolly Roger in Ocean Beach Maryland. My recommendation is that you pay $8.00 for the lockers to keep your phones, clothes and shoes save from the water. Bring a disposable camera!

When the park closes the birds like the wave pool apparently.

The slides at the water park are good. The problem is that it needs to be renovated and cleaned better.

This park has over 15 amusement park rides (Not including the Jolly Roger park from the boardwalk) and a water park. Prices can range from $10.00-$80.00 depending on if you are buying individual tickets for the rides or a wristband for all the rides. They do I have combo passes for the water park and Speedworld together. They also have a Go-Kart place called Speedworld. Many go-karts tracks and a new zipline is at Speedworld which is right next door. This location is on 30th street in ocean city Maryland. We did not do the water park or Speedworld. This is just for the amusement park on 30th street. As soon you drive up to the park. You see a bunch of rides and mini golf courses with go-karts and a water park. There is so much to do. There is parking in front and more towards the back. The parking lot is only one way so you shouldn't have a problem following the signs to the back if you can't park in the front. Parking is free for guest. As you walk towards the park, you see a big entrance with pirate theme. You have customer service building and a some ticket booths. You go up to the ticket booth and get your tickets or wristbands. You walk to the left and you see many rides, carnival games and food places. There is a couple more rides in the back which is the Ferris Wheel and the roller coasters. They have three roller coasters. Wacky Worm, The Barracuda, and WildCat. Wacky Worm is more for kids and the other two roller coasters is more for adults/family. We only rode the wildcat coaster and Barracude. Which is all the way in the back of the park. The wildcat stands pretty tall and can be seen through the whole park. It's a ok park but not the best. The park was clean and didn't even seem a piece of trash on the floor. The bathrooms was cleaned during our visit. They do make sure that the park is clean and nice for their guests. We do go on a weekday which wasn't really too busy. We did try the food. We got the bacon hotdog. It was ok, nothing really to special. To me, it was more like something you would make at home but it was still good. The staff was so nice and friendly. They even had a smile on their face. They welcoming guest to Jolly Roger park and that is amazing to see. I do feel like the ride operators should be more engaging though. They are the key and butter of the park. They didn't seem like it but hey, That's just the atmosphere of the rides apartment. To me, the park seem more like a kids/family park. There isn't enough thrill rides for thrill seekers or adults. They have wildcat and Barracude but those seem more like family coasters as well. I just feel like the park need more thrill rides. I understand that they are kinda old school park and landlocked but it just didn't seem fun to me like other parks or like Trimper park which is only a couple streets down from Jolly Roger Park. They have more modern and more thrilling rides for the whole family and have more of a selection for everyone and not just a family selection. I would recommend adding more rides if they can to help more options for the whole family to play and enjoy the park even more. It just feels more like the park is there and not invested into like other parks but that's just my opinion. Do we recommend Jolly Roger Amusement Park on 30th street. Yes and no if that make sense. Yes because if you have a family and kids ages between 3-12 then yes because kids would love this park as there is many things to do for them but anyone older than that I wouldn't recommend. Definitely if you are a couple like we was. It just kinda was boring and we didn't feel the excitement like you would in any other amusement park that you should during your visit. We recommend for older crowds to go to Trimper park down the road or even the boardwalk Jolly Roger Park, since there is more thrilling rides than this one on the 30th street. We also going on a weekend if you do decide to go because weekends are probably busier. Overall 3.9/5

Here comes the bad part, the first time i went on the aqua loop water slide the ride attendant tricked my friend. He tricked my friend as in restarting the ride countdown a bunch of times. I was up next to my first ride and I asked many times please don't fake it i'm genuinely scared, and even said if he did i would sue as a joke. But when i went in a got ready and i heard 3,2,- 3,2,- three times he faked it then continued to knock on the door and look confused and get me even more scared but when i looked over and open my eyes he sent be go. Then it wasn't that bad but i didn't like the fact i asked please many times. I did it later today and nothing happened because it was a different operator but my third time guess who's back, Mike (His name was mike btw he had curly hair and an arm tattoo). This time is just about 5 times worse we got to the top but there was a kid who was scared and he was really scared. So my friends and i warned him about the faking and so did other people so the kid never went. But the operator warned us and said he was really going to trick us. So my friend went and he did the fake a couple times then continued to open the door COMPLETELY and drop my friend there. What if he was confused and try to step out? After this i said no way. So i walked down and told the other operator and he said he did the same thing. I am just concerned for kids safety and i think that some training or discipline should go to the attendants. The attendants - Mike and Greg This ruined my day and shook me up. Please tell them to stop.

This resort is pure mom-and-pop energy. Not some polished corporate chain with cucumber water in the lobby. It's been part of OC since the 1950s and it feels like one of those places where families vacationed as kids, then came back years later with their own kids, and the cycle just keeps going. The whole place runs on nostalgia, tradition, and "remember when?" stories. Everything here is functional and clean but you absolutely get what you pay for. If you're expecting modern luxury, quartz countertops, and Instagram-core aesthetics, head to condo row in north OC and prepare to pay at least 50% more. We stayed here in early May 2026. The outdoor pool was still closed for the season but every other amenity was up and running. One nice perk: all amenities are free for guests. There are signs everywhere saying wristbands are required, although at the indoor pool that rule seemed to be enforced with the intensity of a mall security guard on break. Nobody in our group had wristbands on and half the pool crowd didn't either. Even in early May, the indoor pool was pretty lively without feeling chaotic. While we didn't fully take advantage of it, the pool bar specials were honestly kind of absurd in the best way possible. They had around a dozen beer options (everything from basic to craft) for like $2-$3 each. No exaggeration on that. Not one beer was more than $3. Crushes, cocktails, jello shots, and other drinks were all priced shockingly reasonably too. If you're traveling with a big group, you could easily dedicate an entire day to staying on the property and still spend less than you would almost anywhere else in town. My 8-year-old loved the mini golf course. Is it a little worn down compared to some of the flashy courses nearby? Sure. But it's free, and free mini golf automatically gains at least two stars in my book. They also show two family-friendly movies every evening around 6 PM and 8 PM with complimentary popcorn, which is a nice touch. The arcade had maybe 6-12 games total: skeeball, crane games, Mortal Kombat, a racing game or two, and a handful of random classics. Games do not take quarters and you have to purchase a game card. Honestly, the arcade can be skipped but you walk past it going to the indoor pool. If you want to play arcades, go to the inlet and hit up Playland or Sportland. There's also a small outdoor playground that should easily satisfy kids 10 and under. We stayed in the Pennsylvania building on the second floor. The room itself was comfortable. The shower pressure was a little weak, but perfectly usable. One underrated plus is the sink is outside the bathroom. The room had a microfridge, two queen beds, basic cable, solid AC, and comfortable mattresses. The biggest downside is definitely the thin walls. Sound travels. A lot. Thankfully, most guests were families, so it never felt rowdy in a BAD way. You will hear laughter, small kids yelling, doors shutting, etc. And because it's a family resort with thin walls, some parents seemed to operate under the philosophy of "vacation bedtime is optional" and throw any self-awareness out the window. On Saturday night, there were kids sprinting around the hallways at 11:30 PM while parents yelled at them from somewhere in the parking lot like they were trying to coach a youth soccer practice from three fields away. Zero awareness that other families, likely with small kids, might actually be asleep. Thankfully, we brought a white noise machine, so it wasn't a huge issue for us. But I could definitely see peak summer weekends getting a little chaotic. That said, this may also just come down to my mindset. Even though we live here, if we ever need a quick few-night escape from our house again, we'd probably come back. The value is really hard to beat.

In true resort fashion, there are many amenities on site including dining, spa, leisure, indoor pool, etc. There's even a coffee shop, souvenir shop, and arcade on site. The indoor pool is perfect for non-beach goers and those simply wanting to enjoy the relaxation of indoor swimming. The pool is located at The Atrium where there is an indoor tiki bar and mini arcade. During my stay there was a live band performing in The Atrium which livened an otherwise gloomy beach day. Right outside the beachside entrance to the pool is a bar and grill. You can walk out to the beach from The Atrium. There's a beach service available to rent chair, umbrellas, and cabanas. Multiple payment options are available. The suites overlooking The Atrium offer a great view of the pool, bars, and the floor to ceiling glass giving open sight lines to the beach. The room accommodations were very good. Very clean and spacious. There is parking on site in two areas: connected to the hotel, and across from the main entrance. It can be a nightmare to find convenient parking during the summer after hours. I found myself returning to the hotel shortly after dusk every day just to get a parking spot near the hotel entrance without having to park on the top level in the garage. During my stay, the parking lot connected to the hotel seemed to also be a storage space for the hotel, making for tight spaces in some areas. Nevertheless, on site parking is always a plus. Overall, a good experience at this hotel.
