Went and did the parasailing and jet ski combo after some confusion at another place. I got to go up 800 feet and bring my 4 year old son with me. This after showing up late and they actually stopped a boat about to leave with extra space and sent us up. Our captain Richie and first mate Dylan were awesome. They said it was their first day, but they knew why they were soon and made more wife not freak out too much (note she stayed on the boat and only my And and I went up). When we got back down my son and I went on a Jet Ski. It seemed like the Tuesday morning was a slow time. We went out by ourselves with a guide Lorenzo. He was pretty cool and pointed out the horses on an island. My son wasn't too impressed, but I found it interesting. I would definitely go back there as the experience was pretty good. It was my first time doing both so not much to compare to.

....awesome new Seadoo JetSkis!!! The staff is friendly and very helpful....the ride is insane!!!! Definitely check these guys out the next time you're in Ocean City!!!

My parent's first time on a jet ski! The equipment is so fast and updated!

From the staff through the whole entire experience. Equipment, riding perimeters, it was a blast. The day was not going as planned for my family and I. We first went to Paradise Sports where my husband and I had our first jet ski and parasailing adventure the last time we were in OC. Our intentions were to take my parents back to the same place, however they were all booked up. I can't say that our first experience was that great, but for the combo we got it wasn't bad. HOWEVER, I'm so happy that we couldn't get 4 people booked for Paradise Sports, it led us to Inlet Sea Doos! The daughter of the owner answered the phone told us to get our butts down there so we can catch the next scheduled ride so as we drove down there as fast as we could. One thing lead to another and we had to push our time back due to a mishap on our end, but the staff was so accommodating that they got us in the next ride and parasail time. This was my parents first time and they loved it! The staff/guides were super friendly, and we also got a picture and go pro package for $50 and that was for 4 people! You legit cannot beat that!!! Bonus side is they took pictures during the jetski experience as well and we were able to get a print. If you write a review for them they also send you your other copy of the picture, which who wouldn't want too?!?!? I will be going back to the inlet my next time around for our combo package again! We met wonderful people during our experience as well. Can't wait until next time!!! Make sure if you are looking for a great jetski and parasailing combo to go to INLET SEA DOOS!!! The best hands down.

    Parasailing was amazing

Our experience was amazing!!! We did the jet ski and parasailing combo. I made reservations over the phone when we arrived we had to take a test prior to operating the jet skis. No biggy!! The staff were great with the exception of one rude jet ski instructor who yelled at us for going too slow when we started off as it was our very first time jet skiing. The other instructors, boat captains and reservations team made up for it and prevented me from taking a star away. The jet ski hour was just enough time. We had so much fun!!! The parasailing crew was funny and friendly. The music on the boat was on point!! You have the option to "GoPro" and/or have pictures taken. We just got the pictures. We will definitely use this company again and I recommend it!!!

We had a great time parasailing here. They had complimentary parking available at the hotel next door, which was super convenient. The guides were especially awesome; we chose the 800 foot line and they dipped us a few times. The guides also took some great photos (for an extra $30). I would definitely go with this outfitter again!

Cute too! ;) She patiently answered all my questions in a way that shows she shows cares about making customers happy. You know when someone is just answering questions robotically versus actually being attentive. She helped us find a time that fit into our "tourist" agenda. We even received a text reminder about our appointment. On the water our skipper (Kevin? Orioles fan, but we'll forgive that :) ) and Sam (Boston Red Sox fan, yay!) were personal and efficient. They played great music, too. Otherwise it was simple - they were efficient managing the equipment and piloting the boat, so it was a simple and fun experience, which to me is a sign of expert proficiency. There were six of us going up - three pairs on the boat. So the air time is...12-15 minutes? What you will note is the quiet and peacefulness up there. It's worth doing at least once in your life. And I would recommend doing it with this team!

They take you in a boat and it takes about 2 hours to finish the ride and come back . One of our kids didn't want to parasail and they charged 25$ for him to come with us . I wish they let him free because he was less than 9 years and he sat on our lap. Parking was a bit messy ... Overall a good experience ... 4 stars !

We did the 1 hour double rider for $129 and switched positions halfway through. Each jet ski has a compartment for personal belongings. It can probably fit a whole book bag in there. However, I checked a couple different skis and they all had water in them. Not much but enough to dampen your belongings. My black book bag came out grainy from the salt residue that was left behind from the previous riders. The ride experience was like any other company. The guides take you out to a specific area, let you know where the boundaries are, and let you ride freely until your time is up. My husband lost his hat and sunglasses to the wind so don't wear anything you don't wanna lose. Lol. For those who have never been jet skiing, you will get soaked. I would also recommend wearing some cheap sunglasses to help with the splashing of salt water. The guides also work for tips so make sure take a little cash with you. They greatly appreciate it!! They also have a seafood restaurant attached to the check-in/docking area. We didn't get to eat there cause we didn't have reservations but we know for next time.

This delay meant we were still out on the water around 8pm and asked to return early since boats aren't allowed out after dark. The staff was friendly and did their best to make it right, but overall, the experience felt disorganized--they didn't seem to know how long we had rented the boat for. I appreciated that they tried to compensate, but better communication and organization would have helped. This may have been due to the holiday, but it's something to keep in mind.

We had an early rental (845) so we were one of the first families out. The boat we were assigned was one of the most worn looking boats I've ever seen. The seats were sun worn and cracked. Radio didn't work, instruments didn't work, but the motor worked fine. The driving area is smaller than competitors (sharks cove doesn't allow past route 90 bridge). A charge for gas upon return. In and out process was easy, had to take a picture with my phone of the prop, brief rundown of the boat, rules, and how to drive and off we went. From my experience, if you're looking for a low cost option, don't really care about the "condition" of the boat seats, or the foldable tarp, sharks cove is the more affordable option, however if you're looking for "like new" boats or " this year's model" you might be better off skipping and looking elsewhere. Overslly not a bad experience, but not one to promote as exceptional either.

We had a poor experience when renting a pontoon boat for our stay in the area this week. We had reserved it 5 days prior with a tube via the phone as that is the only way to reserve a pontoon "with a tube" per their website instructions. Upon our prompt check in , we were told then (no call ahead at all) they did not have a tube for us. When I asked why, I was rudely told by the woman behind the desk "we never guarantee tubes as things happen like they pop so we can't promise it". I told her no one told me that at the time of booking when I was charged for it (mind you) and my children and their friends were looking forward to it. She gave me a snide laugh and turned away from me... no apology no nothing. She said "you can drive the boat back in 90 minutes and get one that's the best we can do." I asked to be comp'd something and she said "no it's a flat fee you will still be charged!!!" Honestly, an apology and perhaps a small compensation back for the tube rental was all I was looking for.... But to get a laugh in my face and to turn away from me, completely unacceptable. I was never rude to her and yet she was to me.... Beyond ridiculous and such absolute poor customer service we were all SHOCKED! I guess they get enough business they don't care about their customers' satisfaction. In the past, we had used them for the last 3 years for waver runners and all was fine. I can say based on this experience we will NOT be returning customers. There is a place literally across the street from them that does the same kind of rentals. Beware fellow vacationers..... not a good place to rent a boat from. They take your reservation and your $$ but don't hold onto their side of the bargain. While they may get a ton of business and not care about their clients' satisfaction, there are SO many other places to rent from so they better change their attitude or at least get better front desk staff! The rest of the staff was not rude like the front desk lady but she did enough damage that it ruined the rest of our time and feelings about this business establishment. Very Disappointed Yelper.....

This is the second time that I have been to OC Bayside Rentals or Aqua Watersports (same company)…read moreto rent jet skis. Last year was outstanding. The first time ride for my husband and I (separate skis) last year was awesome and I immediately fell in love with riding. If you have never done it before or rented, let me give you a run down. 1. Before you hop on the jet skis you will need to do the little safety test to be sure that you can read instructions. It is important information, so READ IT! 2. Normally you will have 1 or 2 guides that have you mount up on "parked" jet skis. They go through some of the safety basics and tell you about what the trip will be. 3. When they push you off you start up and idle out of the pier area. 4. Out of the pier area, you'll be instructed to give it a little gas to maneuver through some of the boats and obstacles. 5. You'll reach a point when your guide signals to GO and when they say GO they mean gun it! You'll travel at a high rate of speed fairly straight to the "play area" behind Assateague. If you have never ridden before, this will be the time that you may feel like you are hanging on for dear life. Your hands may even cramp up a bit from holding on so tight. 6. When you get to the "play area" you'll be given boundaries for riding. For your own safety, please stay in the lines. 7. When the guide sets you free... you gun it or hot dog around or even just nicely ride around the area at whatever speed/pace you desire. ENJOY yourself! It is great being on the water! 8. When your hour is up, the guide pretty much has you ride like a bat out of hell to get you back the way you came with the same restrictions and speed as you get back to the pier. If you think an hour isn't long enough, believe me it is. It is a tiring experience and worth every penny. Remember to wear sunscreen and that you can bring a bottle of water with you (most skis have a little area for storage). If you roll it, like my mom did... follow the guide's instructions, roll it back quickly and get on it from the back. If you try the side you'll just roll it over. If you fall off or roll it, remember that is what life vests are and just don't panic! The guides are good at what they do, they have been riding for a while, the customer service from the people at the office and in the sheds (mostly 2 gals) is really great, and all in all, I'd go back again this weekend if I could afford it. I recommend reservations and coupons! Remember to tip your guides and enjoy yourself. We loved it so much that we went twice this time!

The only other option they could offer was a 4 passenger speed boat. I explained that we were 3 adults and 2 children. I asked to speak with a manager and the girl told me no.
