I asked to get a refund or to actually have my truck waxed and they told me to leave or I would be arrested. These people are nothing but scammers. They didn't even do a good job with the polish. It looked disgusting on my truck smeared and all uneven. Clearly they did not care about making a customer satisfied. I did not feel I was asking too much. I just wanted what I paid for. I asked her for the owners name and she would not give it to me so I looked it up on Sunbiz.org, official State of Florida website (public records) and found the owners name Steven Walborn and title manage John Glover. This is how the owners/management care for the customers who feed their mouths of their families. POOR BUSINESS DECISIONS! They obviously do not care about my business, however, they aren't only loosing mine, they have lost my entire family and friends of Bradenton etc.... In the past, employees at both the SR-70 and SR-64 locations told me it was fine to stop in briefly for a quick vacuum without purchasing a wash. I've only done this occasionally and it usually takes me about 5 minutes. Today at the 53rd location, a woman who said she was the general manager told me I had to purchase a wash to use the vacuum. I completely understand businesses having rules and would have gladly followed that if it had simply been explained respectfully. Instead, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude, and the vacuum was shut off while I was using it after only a couple minutes. I later called for clarification and was told that while policies may have changed, it can sometimes depend on the manager's discretion at each location, which explains why I had never run into this issue before. As someone who previously paid for a monthly membership and referred family members here, this experience was frustrating. Part of the reason I canceled my membership before was because supplies were often empty (towels or window spray) and equipment like vacuums sometimes wasn't working. Even today I noticed some stations without towels and nearly empty spray bottles. I still believe Coastal can provide a good service, but customer communication and consistency between locations would really improve the overall experience.

They offer detailing at varying levels, from an $11 add on that takes care of vacuuming, door jambs, windows, and dash to a full out deluxe inside and out cleaning. Any car wash gets you the use of vacuums for free for as long as you need them - no need to rush and clean via timer because your $2 only lasts 4 minutes :). Closed when raining or it's imminent.
