This place is a dump. The touch less car wash prices are rigged, $8 for the basic with the blower it states, ended up charging me $10 and no blower. Nothing is kept up with, hopefully it'll shut down soon or get bought out and fixed up. read more

Scam. Vending machines are designed to take your money. The vacuum is ok and the car wash works. (Although the shell down the road has a far superior car wash for $10.) I've lost many of quarters at this place trying to use their vending machines. Dont put quarters in any machine other than the vacuums. read more

I really like this car wash. It is well laid out and offers several options for washing, drying, vacuuming and more. I especially like being able to use my credit card to pay. No needing more quarters or having ones and fives to be able to get change. I typically come here about twice a month. One of the best self wash car wash locations I have encountered. They also offer drive thru washing and drying. read more

It's a dirty place for one. There is garbage and trash all over the place. Homeless people going trough their trash cans On two occasion's The customer service phone line goes straight to voice mail. I put $20 in the change machine and only got $13.25 in quarters. I have called that phone number 8 times and left messages with no call back from them. There are many places to wash your vehicle. I would avoid this DUMP and hope the rain can wash your ride. I will contact the local authorities to see what they can do. It's not the money its the principle. read more

This review is only for the $6 drive thru wash. Our car is covered w the eat your paint tree droppings. The brushleaa drive through did the trick. Wish it was cheaper but it's the only game at this end of town. They do have DIY alternatives, vacuums and the works if you're in the DIY mood. read more

I have used this car wash many times. However recently I attempted to get a wash and the machine took my credit card and then proceeded to announce that it was busy and I needed to wait. However there was no car in the wash and the wash machine timer had stopped and would not proceed. I attempted to contact the number they provided if there was a problem which I did. They said they would respond within 72 two hours. Nothing has happened even after several calls. Here is my time line on this very ignorant business owner and answering service. I have used this place in the past, as it is convenient to my home...Had no problems until this past Sunday I saw a pending charge from this place on my on-line banking. Problem being I have not been there in better than 3 weeks. I called and left message (detailed) and they claim to have a 72 hours turn around in returning calls, but never called me back. I called and left 2 more messages. My bank has been advised of this erroneous charge and will charge it back to them. I see here from other comments, I am NOT alone. This has happened to others too. Beware of these scammers! Perhaps when business is slow, they take a little out of a few unsuspecting folks. Watch your banking everyone. I have used this car wash before and really liked it. Not so much today. The vacuum machine worked fine, although I find what they now charge and the time given is really inadequate. The problem happened when I drove over to the carpet shampoo machine. One said it was out of order. The other moved to took several swipes of my credit card and then didn't spit out any foam at all. It just ran dry. No one was available at the office to get a refund from, just a large, barking dog. I then decided to self wash my car. I don't know how much I spent to use the various sprays and soaping brush and rinse function. The rinse that is suppose to prevent spotting didn't do the job. Next time I want to spend that amount of cash I will go to Breezy on 14th street and wait in their lounge and let them do the work. Splash and Dash needs to get their equipment working. I have been goin to this car wash for years now. Last year had an issue with the coin register in the wash bay taking my money and not working. Made a phone call and told them what had happened and gave me my money for the wash I lost and everything was good. I returned again this year since I am a snowbird, the machine stole my money again. I have called the Splash N Dash for almost 2 weeks now, NO return call! I have even waited my time by returning to the car wash and leaving a note under the door explaining what had happened, still no call back!!! I would think someone has to go back to the car wash to fill the chemicals, count the money... but not take care of their business with their customers? DO NOT go to this place if you value your money!!!! While I was putting the note under the door, there was an older gentleman sitting in his truck, I was making sure he was ok, he had asked me if I lost money in the car wash too!!!!
