My wife took her truck to Sun & Suds Car Wash on Cortez Road in Bradenton and went through the wash. When the wash was finished she noticed a dent to the right front of the truck that was not there before. They claimed it was not their fault but they stopped the wash halfway through for mechanical problems. My wife claims they stopped the wash because it caused damage. It is now her word against theirs but it is clear it was their problem. They are sticking with their statement. Customers beware! read more

Horrible car wash... go through the wash and only half the stuff is working. Go to dry off and vacuum and the vacuums are broken or don't work very well. None of the vacuums have the proper fitting to vacuum your car correctly. Worse sun and suds in this area. I stopped to try this one on my way home and I will not return use the one on Manatee it's much much much better read more

I saw the mixed reviews on this place. Things cost what they cost, so hard to say if the value is top notch. but they do a great job. IMHO. I pointed things out in the prewash and he was all over it. My experience with them was quite good. The wipe down was also really well done. I think it depends on when you go. I went middle of the day, service was excellent! I have Handicap plates. The camera does not recognize handicap plates. EVERY time I want a car wash I have to honk my horn to get an employee to let me through. Today I waited 15 minutes, 5 of which I steadily honked my horn and NO ONE came. I called and NO ONE answered the phone. I finally left without getting my car washed. I have the monthly club program, but what good is the program if I can't get my car washed. In the past I spoke to the reginal manager about the problems I was having. I got the package with everything included and my car seemed clean except for that it was still soaking wet. The dryers hadn't done anything and I didn't have time to hand dry it myself. The sun spots from the water haven't gone anywhere despite the fact that I've washed my car twice at a Tommy's Car Wash. Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend. Having a car a least halfway dry would be a bare minimum for a car wash and this place didn't cut it. read more

Employees are nice, friendly and always are smiling. Vacuums are always nicely put and always clean outside.

This location is under new ownership and the overall service is lacking. This may well be due to trouble in hiring personnel. When I paid for the upgrade, for which I understood would get me a rub down, vacuum and otherwise a lot of tender loving care as was the case with the prior owner, all I got for 25 bucks was a run through the automated wash. No warning this is all that was being provided. Vacuums were very mediocre at best, and on your own. The wash was at best worth 8-10 dollars. Save your money and go elsewhere, even to a gas station.
