I was a long-time member, but decided to go elsewhere. When asked why there car wash plan was $100.00 more expensive than the plan at Dan's, the Lady Manager was rude and insisted that Dan's was not cheaper. I assured her that I had just left Big Dan's and That was the case. Not worth the grief. I'm 39 weeks pregnant now I'm going to have to take my car into the shop to get it repaired and I could have my baby any moment literally! I'm terribly stressed! Right off the highway so location wasn't bad. We went on a Saturday around 530pm and there were barely a line. The prices are reasonable. $9 for express wash but we added on $2 extra for a more stronger soap however it still didn't get out all the dirt from my car especially on the backs of the side view mirrors and front bumper area of the car. I had to scrub with the free cloths that are provided after the car wash to rub them off. I like how there's free vacuums. Big plus. They sell the monthly car wash packages but we didn't get that. Overall, it's not perfect but for $11, it's not bad. read more

TERRIBLE! We had our 13 year old car washed on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning our side view mirror cover blew off. Since it was intact since the car was purchased new, the deciding factor was the car wash equipment pounding on the mirror. The managers answer was that when we vacuumed our car afterwards the vacuum hose hit the mirror loosening it, this is ridiculous compared to the pounding inside the tunnel. Isn't it strange that they said their equipment can't do that and another customer posted a picture of the same thing happening to their side view mirror. We will take our business to a more reputable car wash who takes responsibility instead of shirking it. read more

Guy working inside the wash who guides you to the track is clueless. Has a long beard. He told me to put my car in neutral and keep my foot on the brake? What?? That's the whole point of putting into neutral is to take my foot off the brake so the belt guides me through the car wash. I went off the track and could have damaged my rims. Hands down the best "drive-thru" car wash you will find. New facilities with ultra-modern equipment are difficult if not impossible to find. Most are still running outdated, functionally obsolete machinery from the 1970s that scrape rims, scratch paint and have spin rates so fast they are essentially buffing the finish off your vehicle. Great prices - 1/3 what you will pay for full service washes using poor equipment. State-of-the-art all around. Will not disappoint! read more

Good job guys but never have a went to a car wash pay 16$ for a deluxe package to have my car come out with dust still all over the hood and top of my car. Guess I'll hand wash it myself lol. I enjoyed my membership for $18 a month including tax then I looked at my bank statement this month and it was $21.50 they did not notify me or anything they just raise the price. I signed a membership for $18 not for $21 they must ask or notify. Why wasn't I grandfathered in have they never heard of the word grandfathered in. Adjustments can be made in the wash area to where they were narrower or wider depending on the vehicle they must've adjusted them because it ripped off my front license plate from my Toyota 4Runner. Tomorrow I'm going to talk to a manager because there wasn't one working today? I may cancel my membership. read more

I just went your car wash and got the works package. I went through in a minute. My tires didn't have shine. I said I didn't get the works package. He said yeah, you did. I said my tires are not even shined. He said yeah they are. Then he goes to the other side and nope they're not on this side. He said keep in mind you used a free coupon. If you value a clean car do not take it here! I have been here four times in the last two months and paid for the $14 and $17 wash twice each and every single time my car comes out dirty. Specks, smudges, bird poop all still left on the hood, doors, and trunk of my car. Their vacuum services are not powerful enough to do the job. It'll take you an hour and a half to actually vacuum your car up without having overly noticeable remains left. The last time I went for service here I left very displeased. It was only a couple of days ago and my car was not clean and I was sick of spending the time (and money) to have ineffective service. I called today and asked to speak with a manager in order to get a refund. A female manager came to the line sounding annoyed someone had asked for her. I told her that I'd like someone to issue me a refund for my most recent service as the last few times I had come in my car had not even gotten clean. She asked when I came in and I said within the last day or two in which she replied to me with, "And you're calling two days later because???". She told me she'd leave my name and number for the owner and maybe they'll help, in which I said no thanks. My mother also holds one of the monthly car wash plans and has told me she has to go through 2-3 times every time in order for her car to actually be clean. Very poor customer service, and way too much money for the way their equipment works. You'll be better off going to a gas station car wash. read more

Not impressed! This is a higher priced mediocre gas station car wash. $15 for 'the works' $12 for the middle level $9 for the basic. Extremely short and does not remove much debris. The staff was not friendly at all either the lady at the window was more concerned about the text she was writing than the customer in front of her. The kid directing my car into the wash was just that-a kid. He directed me to drive improperly onto the track. Bottom line:steer clear. Go to the sunset clear car wash on 64 and have the inside AND outside done for $22! read more

$20 for a car wash that doesn't even clean your car. Leave streaks they don't dry it. They don't offer vacuuming services you have to do it yourself. And they don't offer cleaning of the inside of your car. I would expect more in Lakewood Ranch. read more

I've used the car wash numerous times and have been pleased HOWEVER today I used the vacuums. The first one I tried was so pathetic I thought it was broken so I moved my car to another. Broke my rear windshield wiper, on a 2017 car that I just bought last week, and they told me they can't do anything about it. They didn't even refund my wash or anything. If you can't take responsibility for a faulty car wash system, then why have one in the first place????? This is my 3rd time at this car wash, and not one of my visits have cleaned my car. At least not for the amount that they pay. I still had dirt and bugs after every wash. Super pissed about my windshield wiper! Unbelievably terrible customer relations. I'm still one of those smokers who's been trying to quit for years. While entering the start of the wash, I dropped a cigarette butt. The woman running the whole show came running out screaming 'we don't smoke here, and we are not going to clean that up'. As she got to my car, she said 'pick it up, or I will turn this off and you can leave'. (I was the only customer there.) While I don't condone littering or smoking, this reaction is so over the top I had to write this. The reason this car wash is special is for their unlimited monthly plans. For little more than the price of one wash you can get up to 30 washes a month. I never knew how much I like to have a spotless car until I started frequenting this place 2-3 times a week. Now I notice how dirty everyone else's car is. Like other reviews said the standard wash isn't much better than a gas station wash, but if you like a spotless car then it's economical to get one of the unlimited packages. I'm really busy these days but if you go to Walmart often or live nearby the wash takes about 3 minutes. And then when you need to, you can pull over and use the vacuums for free. Currently went with the most expensive package which is $100 for 3 months because I love Rain-X treatment on my windshield but they have way cheaper options. You can also get the standard wash and buy rain X for cheap at Walmart and apply it yourself. It's amazing for driving in the rain, highly recommend if you live in the Bradenton area. Not worth it to come for a one time wash. You can get that anywhere. Best part is that the manager is nice AF. Super enthusiastic about car washes, very accommodating to criticism, and really happy to hear compliments. Edit: I didn't have trouble with my wash quality like some of the other reviewers are complaining about, but I did have an upgraded package and they may have chosen the cheapest option. The real reason I'm making this edit is because of the hours. After moving away, I realized other car washes with unlimited options tend to close around 5 or 6 PM which prevents a working person from getting a wash on weekdays. I've been to this location more than i can count, because i really do like their automatic services. However, I've had a young girl as a cashier more than a handful of times and every time i go she rolls her eyes continuously and makes it seem as if it's a chore for her to do her job. I do not like the way she treats me as a customer at all. Especially because i go there pleasantly, just say which wash i want, and give my payment. As soon as I could get to the office they gave me the wiper and said We're not Liable and point to the small sign as you enter the drive through!!!!! I use this place on a somewhat regular basis. During love bug season I thought it was great that they gave you a big bottle of solution to use to pre--wash the car. After several times of going there, the management told me I had to buy either a $14 or $17 dollar car wash in order to get this bottle. She refused give it to me for anything less. She blamed her workers for giving it out "for free." I think it is very poor customer service to offer it for free and then start charging to take advantage of customers. read more

I have always left this car wash saying, "my truck didn't even get cleaned" ...and I'm talking just road dirt and pollen, not mud. I only go back when I want a rinse without doing it myself. Same as tonight when I just thought I'd go for a rinse. Except this time my one year old truck, with not a scratch on it, left this car wash with faint scratches (so obviously from the brushes) down part of my truck. My truck is shiny black so it was noticeable right away... I went in the burger place next door and could see my truck from where I sit (noone came close to hitting it) and as soon as I came back out to my truck and walked towards it I saw it. I couldn't get them to look at it because they were closed. I'm beyond pissed! I'm telling everyone I come in contact with to avoid this place and I am in a field where I come in contact with a lot of local people. read more

Nice concept but for the price you can go to a full service car wash for the same price. Beware of the vacuum station. They are attached to the overhead shade mounts and right on the sidewalk. My wife cracked her head on one of them because they are protruding out just at head height. I told management and the girls told me that it had happened to her several times. I had a "Best" quality (of good, better, best) unlimited package for almost a year. I paid about $40 a month. I always would go through the wash, twice. First time would always do a pretty good job, but I'd always go through a second time, just to make sure nothing was missed! As with ANYTHING in life, there are always pros and cons. Below are what I felt the pros and cons of me using this car wash were: PROS: Definitely the hours, they stay open a little longer than most car washes, which is good if you're trying to get there during the week (after work, etc). The staff have always been super friendly to me and it seems to be a newer car wash facility. I liked paying $40 a month because I could literally go as many times as I wanted (10 times, everyday, if I truly wanted to do that!) the car comes out practically dry, when you're done. Of course there are the free vacuums, but then they all seem to offer that, so I don't see that as anything special they offer. CONS: If you have something "hardened" on the vehicle (bugs or maybe bird poop, etc) the car wash may not be able to really get it. It's designed to be relatively easy/soft on your paint, and with that doesn't get the tough stuff. Usually I'd drive through twice, and it would usually get it. I figured the first wash loosened it up! Also for me, working in St Pete, I'd have to drive an additional 15 miles south of my exit to go home, which for me, was out of the way. I think one solution that would help give them 5 stars, is to have someone pre-rinse/pre-scrub before sending the car through the wash, itself. A lot of the better car washes have someone with a safe scrubbing sponge of sorts, scrubbing off the bugs or bird droppings or whatever, then rinsing, then sending the car through. I believe it makes all the difference! The staff here, never touch your car, at any time. For that reason, it is no different than running your car through a car wash at a gas station. Because of that, I'd say their prices are a little high for what they actually do/offer. read more

The vacuums here are not very good. They don't pick a lot up and they're so wide you can't clean between the seats. The wash is decent but my car still had dirt on it after. The gas station car wash is better in my opinion read more
