We visited the Edmonds location as we were in the area and it was just so funny to see my little birthday boy know immediately where he was and try to head off into the the left section of the store as other stores have the treats on that side. Once he saw no treat buckets, he went to the cashiers and gave them a sit while staring longingly at them for treats, the smart little guy. Of course, the staff were not only very kind when greeting us but also entertaining our birthday boy with a treat as well as our other dog. He went to the next cashier who was checking someone out and sat down for them too and again, he was given some treats so thank you to the sweet and considerate staff at the Edmonds location! The birthday boy got his favorite stuffed duck and we appreciate that they carry the only brand that can withstand our boy's aggressive play. Additionally, he got to pick his treats and he went with these cute gingerbread looking ones that are bacon flavored. The store is well organized and maintained and with the perfect amount of brightness. Of course, the staff kindly remind us if we had any questions then we could ask. But for the most part, it was very easy to navigate through the store. Last min change even had our appt a day earlier and groomer was able to show up earlier than said time. I like the fact it's one to one service. There's no waiting to be shampooing or haircut. The van is kept clean. We used to go Petco but I can't stand the smell and not so clean environment. Even Elon didn't want to go in to Petco for grooming! Lonnie did a great job and treated Elon awesomely. We've already booked for next appt. Elon wasn't stressed from this grooming which is the most important. We like the doctors here, although in the past year we noticed they had a few turned over. Doctor Throm and Rehberger are always nice and you can feel they genuinely care about their patients, and they are pretty good at listening to owners concerns and give suggestions. The things that frustrated us the most are the follow ups, or getting the test results back in a timely manner. One time we called two days in a row to get a test result and was told very different stories from different two front test clerks, but luckily things worked out at the end. I guess owners just need to be a little proactive and make sure they don't forget about your case.

I asked them about it through text messages while on vacation, and they said the app was having "issues". We have 3 cats who need to eat twice a day (one of which requires medication twice daily). They were entering our home through our garage that keeps a log of the date/time it is opened/closed. When we got home from vacation, we checked our logs and found that what was showing on the pet app was accurate. They hadn't shown up for two visits and came extremely late for others. When we confronted them, they denied it and said they had come twice a day every day. Since our cats were alive and appeared fine, we didn't push it. However, I know they did not show up for a couple of visits which is completely irresponsible, unacceptable, and negligent. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

She literally looks like she shed 10 lbs of coat. They gave her a cute bandana and everything! Self Wash Review: I…read morewent on a Monday at noon and two dogs walked in right before me and mine. The check-in assistant told me that it might be a long wait and maybe I could walk my dog while we waited. Unfortunately as a basic human being I cannot control when a person decides to wash their giant long hair schnauzer 3 seconds before me. So I inquired about reservations and returned the following morning. They were ready and waiting for us! Everything was as clean as it could be. I don't understand the negative reviews about cleanliness, how do dog salons stay fricken clean? The tub was clean, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were labeled and freshly filled. Aprons were nice and not dingey. The selection of brushes and combs was magical! I've been wanting to try a deshedder brush! I loved this place and my boy is so fresh and so clean! We will be back!! Worth the $30!!! If they had a spend $150 and get a free wash or a self wash punch card that would be nice too! Lastly, the staff were friendly. Idk how much the negative reviewers want staff to talk but I don't want to have a conversation while trying to clean my dog and get on with my day!
