I previously have had a few experiences with online Barre but love Toni's unique approach to fitness that is both challenging and fun. She takes the time to explain the steps and muscles you are working, and continually pushes you to the point where you know your body is changing. She is truly passionate about what she teaches and her infectious positive attitude in every class makes GLOW different than other studios. As someone who did not enjoy group fitness before, this is the first place I've ever felt welcome and part of a community. I can see my body being more toned and it has greatly improved other fitness aspects in my life, I'm running my fastest pace ever. So happy Eugene has this studio!
