They have many pedicure chairs. They use tub liners which is always a plus. Kent did my nails. He was gentle and very nice. He took his time. My nails are very short. That sounded awesome and worth the extra money. Particularly the 10 minute massage! BUT...I didn't get a foot or let massage at all--just exfoliant rubbed on me for a total of maybe 3 minutes? And a little lotion at the end. It was really odd and I was so bummed. I've gotten more of a massage at other nail salons during their basic, less expensive pedicures. It seemed like that would be a dedicated part of the pedicure, but nope not so. The "hot towel treatment" was literally just my legs being wiped down quickly with a warm towel lol. I've had a lot of pedicures and, unfortunately, this one just left me walking away feeling disappointed. I will say that the plus side of this was that my feet do feel more ready for summer, but I could've gotten that with just the $45 version. Or at another salon with a lot more treatments. This was not worth the extra money at all for their $60 "spa" one. And I'm really glad I didn't bother trying to get their $75 one! It's a bummer because I really wanted to love this place! It's cute inside and the woman who did my nails was nice. It just felt like a pretty unjustifiable rip off to pay $15 extra for all these things and only get jelly water (I think the crystals were in there) and some exfoliant (the latter I also get with standard pedicures elsewhere, it's far from "high end" as stated). If they wanted to charge $60 for just those things, that's totally their prerogative! But then please don't advertise more treatments taking place when they're not. I still tipped 25% but in hindsight I feel a little silly having done so. Ah well.

Cool, I'm here cause I want the service. Would've appreciated if she told me at 12 when I walked in....she tells me she needs 15 more minutes....cool again I've already waited 30 minutes. It's now 1pm and she's still with her previous client. Will update after the service, if it even happens. Extremely disappointed. Nice decor, I guess.

I showed up and went through a terrible experience, yet they kept the deposit. Deposits should only go through if you don't show and if it does go through, it should be discounted from your total. I ended up paying around $146 for a botchy job.

The other reason I'm giving this place one less star is the color selection. The polish section was a little messy, and when I asked for the nail color book, they didn't have one. They have plenty of polish colors to chose from. The stations are all cleaned and well maintained. I went with the classic pedicure and it was just was I needed. They had some fresh beverages and a coffee bar as well. Most important both ladies working today were so nice. Can't wait to come back to check out their other services.

Price: $48 for 3 new acrylic tips & gel Quality: 2/5 she did not clean my cuticles prior to applying polish, only two THIN coats of color were applied to my nails, resulting in an uneven look with some spots looking transparent. furthermore there was poor coverage at the edges of my nails and residue left on the surrounding skin. Cleanliness: 1/5, the persons hands were dirty when they proceeded to rub oil & lotion all over my arms. also the hot towel at the end was dirty and had residue on it Timeliness: 3/5, the entire process took ~90 minutes from beginning to end which in my opinion was too much time for the quality of the product. In my previous experience, I have gotten a full set tips + gel done well in 1 hr.
