We usually come home with lots of cat litter on the floor cause my friends will not sweep the litter for us, and the house smells bad after trips. I tired her service last week 1st time, we went for 2 days trip and come home with no mess finally. They changed the water for my cats and floor was not too messy with cat litter. They helped to move the trash bin back to the driveway and pickup the package outside the front yard. I am happy that finally we don't need to depend on my friends to take care of our cats. I can't wait to go for another vacation without worrying about my cats.

About 6 hours later to our surprise Soshi was ready and totally gorgeous!! 2nd appointment I 6 weeks after she was ready in 3 hours, big difference! Thing is, I have a toddler - chasing him and two bath-avoiding dogs at home or a self-wash sounds like madness, taking them to a groomer all in my little Nissan merely a different kind of madness. Enter Christy. She parked her van in our driveway, plugged in and got to work after a few questions. We've used mobile groomers (in Seattle) with varying success. Christy is awesome - she took the more nervous of our two dogs first and he came back happy, clean and handsome. She then took the fearless dog who came back as good-looking as her brother. She let me know about any issues she ran across (ear problems, skin tags) so we can have them checked out. Surely, this painless and wonderful service cost an arm and a leg, right? Nay, I say! We paid on par with some of the chain grooming services (mobile or not) and got so, so much more. To say we're sold is an understatement. It only took Christy a day to get back to me - which is common for mobile grooming services, since you can't make phone calls while bathing dogs. Email and phone contact were reasonably prompt.

Pam was recommended to us by Denise's Dogs, Pam and her sister had their business for about a year and honestly I wasn't sure how I would feel about leaving Baby Krug with Pam because we could not visit her home or see her dogs. Nevertheless, when I met her she was warm and friendly and I could tell she loves dogs and she would treat our baby like it was her own. So we decided to give her a try and put our trust in Pam for the weekend. Pam was amazing, she sent us multiple pics a day which re-assured me that Krug was a happy dog and let us know how Krug was doing so I knew that our furbaby was in great hands. Convenient mobile grooming, though the experience has changed over time…read more I've been using PuppyLuxe for a few years for our Akita, Kovu, and the biggest benefit has always been the convenience of having a groomer come directly to the house. The original groomers who worked with Kovu did excellent work, and I really appreciated their confidence and attention to detail. Over time, however, the experience has changed. The original groomers are no longer with the company, and the most recent appointment felt a bit different. The groomer who came appeared uncomfortable working with Akitas, even though the breed is listed on our profile. Because of that, a few of the smaller finishing details were missed. For example, he seemed hesitant when applying moisturizer to Kovu's nose and didn't fully address all of the shedding in his double coat, which is an important part of grooming for this breed. The grooming appointment took about two hours, which is typical for a full grooming session. Pricing has also increased since we first started using the service. At this point, the biggest advantage for me is still the convenience of mobile grooming, but I do miss the consistency and confidence of the original groomers who worked with Kovu.

From start to finish, the care and attention to detail were outstanding. Her bath left her coat soft and clean, her paw pads were moisturized, and she was so happy to get a good de shedding! But the extra touches really made it special - her pink nails, the adorable rhinestones on her head, and her overall fresh look had everyone stopping us on our walk to compliment her. Thamires clearly puts her heart into her work, and it shows. My girl not only looks fabulous but was happy and comfortable the entire time. This was by far the best grooming experience we've ever had - I highly recommend asking for Thamires if you want your dog pampered and treated like royalty!

I can honestly say Lynda is one of the only people that's not a family member that I trust wholeheartedly with his care. It also helps that he has become best friends with one of her recent foster fails I love that they only take small (or very calm larger dogs), allow them to cuddle in bed and most importantly only use positive reinforcement. I always trust that he is being treated as if he was one of their own. Could not recommend Lynda or her services enough. We feel so lucky to have found her!

I first contacted Dr Inna in August 2025 when my 6 year old kitty was diagnosed with an aggressive…read moreform of nasal cancer. The oncologists' description of radiation and chemotherapy sounded like it would be extremely difficult for him and they advised he likely wouldn't live 12 mos even if the treatment was successful. We decided to pursue palliative care for him and I found Dr Inna with a google search for palliative care vets; she had the highest ratings and I liked what her clients had said about her. From our very first meeting I felt that she took the time to listen and she read all the history about Callum. She asked a lot of questions and then recommended we start with acupuncture and targeted vitamin B shots. While I was nervous he wouldn't tolerate it, he did quite well and it definitely brought him some relief. After doing acupuncture for a few months he became more fussy and would shake his head and the needles would fall out so she suggested we transition to laser treatment. He seems to tolerate it well and even seems to like the treatment and the results were similar. It's been over a year now and we see Dr Inna every 2-3 weeks for laser treatment, she has continued to suggest things that have worked including anti-nausea meds and THC/CBD drops. She has an exceptional bedside manner and I appreciate all the care and guidance she has given Callum and our family and would highly recommend her as a vet!
