It helped Mocha (but mainly me) feel comfortable before booking her first appt. They never made me feel pressured to book when we swung by. Took my border collie for her first haircut here today, and I am extremely upset with the experience. First, the customer service was terrible. When I arrived for my appointment, no one acknowledged me. I said I had an appointment, and the front desk person ignored me until the groomer came out. I was told the grooming would take a maximum of 3 hours. After 2.5 hours, I called and they said my dog will take another 30 mins. I didnt receive any pickup notification and ended up just driving to the store at 3.5 hours since initial drop off, only to find out she had been ready. The lack of communication throughout the process was disappointing. Then comes the worst part: They shaved my double-coated border collie. Any experienced groomer knows that shaving a double coat can permanently damage the fur and affects a dog's ability to regulate temperature. My dog's fur was not matted so I can't understand how an experienced groomer would make that decision. Attached pictures of the before and after. I try not to leave negative reviews, but today's experience left me deeply disappointed. I won't be returning. read more

This was our first time here and I loved the online booking process! We booked for the first availability with Eddy. When we arrived, Eddy was working on a poodle but he put down his scissors to come over and say hi and greet Leo. He made sure to understand what cut I was looking for. Eddy let me know it would be a few hours and that they would call/text when Leo was ready. I dropped him off at 12:30 pm on a Saturday and he was ready by 4pm, which I think is a little longer than average. Depending on how busy they are, Leo's full bath and cut usually takes about 3 hours. Overall, Eddy did a great job with Leo's hair cut. I am so happy I found this place on Yelp! This is our first time my partner and I have taken our Great Pyrenees, Pebble, to grooming since adopting her and we are sooo happy we took her here! Pebble was COVERED in dirt from camping the past few days. I wish I took a before picture but she was looking rough and weighed down. I called this morning at 8:50 am and luckily they had a cancellation so Pebble was in the door at 10 am. Our groomer was Jazmin and she DELIVERED! Pebble came out from the back bursting with joy, the whitest we've ever seen her, with pretty purple bows on her ears and a purple bandana around her neck. We didn't expect that and were laughing for so long. We signed up for a Bath & Tidy and they actually chose to make it a bath with add ons of a sanitary trim and paw trim to save us an extra $5. This was a wonderful touch. Everyone working was super friendly and you could tell all the dogs being groomed were happy and at ease. This is officially our grooming spot now. Clean, cute, and conveniently located! Made an appointment online just a few days prior and had no issues. As a first time customer, it was easy and seamless. Please note for first time customers, you'll need to bring a copy of your pup's vaccines (pretty standard practice, but always good when the groomer actually checks!). I received a call day-of saying that they had a cancellation and could accommodate me earlier, which was nice of them to do. I arrived for my 3:15 at about 2:30 on Monday, and had no issues with parking or getting there. The salon itself is super clean and looks brand new. Hashbrown was the only dog being serviced at the time. He was worked on right away and ended up taking a total of ~3 hours. He's a mini goldendoodle (15lb) and I appreciated Naomi giving me a heads up 20 minutes beforehand so he never had to sit in a kennel waiting for me. He's super soft, brushed out, and good to go! Total cost for Hashbrown was $130 + tip. Definitely not a "deal", but competitive/in line with many similar quality groomers in the area... and we didn't have to book 2 months in advance.
