Live music is playing, children are having fun at the water fountain, and the people are just chilling. The stalls and local shops are of great variety! There are some jewelry, crafts, Some cute keychains that my daughter was drawn into, pastry stalls, fruits and veggies and more! The staff did great at bringing in good selection of food trucks and vendors! We bought plums, pork buns from Yali, and pastries! So much fun! Cant wait to come back on Friday!

And for anyone with SNAP there is a booth there that will match you the first $10 for fruit and veggies and they can also use your card to give you tokens to use at the cold food booths like the popcorn, lemonade, hummus, and jarred goods.

I first discovered the farm By driving to and from every day from work. I started going every Saturday about 3 weeks now to pick up freshly harvested veggies. They setup a table right at the entry of the barn, and they are wearing masks, so everything is very safe. The owners Bree and Patrick, will go out of their way for you, and are so kind! What a wonderful lavender bee farm!!…read more I've visited much bigger lavender farms in Texas in the past. This farmer is not big by any means in comparison but it's so well maintained, charming, and so beautiful. They only open for about a month during lavender season in early summer. So pencil that in on your calendar to email or call b/c it's by appointment only. The tour is $15 per person and it's well worth it. The owners JoAnn and Rick gave a very informative tour of the property, lavender fields, bee-keeping, and the history of the farm. There are plenty of photo ops and you'll also get to meet Bob who is the master dog at the lavender bee farm. The best part of the tour is the tasting in the end IMO. JoAnn served us samples of local artisan cheese and fresh watermelon drizzled with lavender honey. OMG they tasted sooooo freaking fantastic!!! And how can I forget about that lavender lemonade. WOWZ!!! After the tour, you are free to explore on your own and/or buy honey and gifts from the small gift shop. I picked up a bottle of lavender honey for $18. I can't wait to return next year and take my parents there, too! Love love!!

Every year for Halloween we make the pilgrimage to the farm. Its such a wonderful day with wagon…read morerides, pumpkin picking in the field and Yukon Gold or Purple Peruvian Potatoes. Food tent or bring a lunch. They sell their own organic cheeses and pumpkin ice cream. YUM ! ! ! There is a corn maze, a corn feed pit for kids to dive into, hay bale pyramid to climb, play town for selfies, petting zoo. Heck, you can even milk a real cow. And the live music is always great. Bring the entire family. Plenty of parking.
