Oh just so you know. This salon still sucks. If you take a look at my friend Alyssa Roe's review and see how this "business entrepreneur" handles things, it's still sad. They publicly humiliated her and talked crap and nobody ever apologized. Just read the review it will speak for itself. I will continue to post these things and tell the truth. FLOR is awful. Unique name so ya'll will know Long story short in case you can't see Alyssa's review. Hairstylist messed up- Alyssa asked her kindly to fix it- she said no, screw you, you and your mother law are no longer my clients- then the salon came online and said "yup quit crying" - all of Alyssa's friends saw these comments and called the salon out and told them to apologize, and they ignored!!!!! I have recently become interested in eyelash extensions. I am a redhead, so I am going through SO MUCH mascara on a monthly basis. My eyelashes are extremely healthy and full, but they are blonde. I literally made am appointment about a month ago, over text. It was extremely easy. She even texted me about what makeup to wear/not wear and what I should expect. My appointment is tomorrow at 9am - and plan on updating my review once I actually receive my service. However, up until this point - I have had nothing but a perfect experience. read more

I tried to go see what Vivaldi Salons was all about because I really need a new stylist but when I went there was no one to greet me. All the suites are on the second floor so I walked upstairs and was checking out the place and it looked really nice but there wasn't any information on the stylists, no receptionist, and no one ever helped me as I walked around, probably looking pretty lost and confused. Still interested in using the salon's services but they need a better system for walk-ins. read more

I have been going to Bruce Craig 1/month for 2+ years for color, cut and style. His classic styles compliment rather than distract from my overall appearance. At every appointment I give him complete freedom regarding color and any style changes he recommends. I have never been disappointed!!! He is a true artist and takes great pride in his work. He has a strong personality and is passionate about his work. He is also caring and intuitive. His prices are amazing and he is typically booked at least one month in advance. read more

Bruce Craig is a master of hair stylist!! He gave me the most beautiful haircut I ever had in 60 years!! He's a great guy to talk with and really knows what he is doing. I was airtime apprehensive going to a new stylist but after a few minutes and giving him free rein over my hair, he gave me a great haircut and styled it to fit my face! I loved it and his prices are terrific and affordable!! I highly recommend Bruce to anyone who wants a great stylist!! read more

Oh man what a pain this place is! We purchased a Groupon for teeth whitening in their "Whitening Lounge" and have called over 8 times to schedule an appointment. NO ONE EVER RETURNS THE CALLS and no one asnwers the phones there. DON'T GO HERE! I had to cancel the Groupon and told them to drop these guys as a client. I called trying to get an appointment at this salon and the process is RIDICULOUS! A receptionist answers who does not know the schedules of any of the nail techs. She put me on hold, then put me on conference call with one tech in which I had to go through her individual schedule with her. Nothing matched up, so then there was yet another conference call to another tech. This process went on for sometime. They then inform me that they are scheduling me for the Park West location, not the Glendale location. I called to book for Glendale! The whole thing is absurd. Who wants to sit on the phone waiting to be connected with each individual person who works there, and repeating availability over and over with each one?!?! read more

Really hard to schedule appointments as a first time guest. Must specify hair, nails, or makeup. (I wanted hair and makeup). Also, when selecting the group, you must further choose your technician before (hopefully) being given the opportunity to leave a message. No posted prices either. read more

Great salon! I made an appointment with Cameo after I purchased a groupon for the salon. She was awesome. My hair needed a trim and I wanted some highlights. Not only did she provide great service but she was so nice. I would definitely go again and I would recommend her to all of my friends. read more

I called the salon and Bruce Craig answered the phone. I had some questions for him because having a hair cut is very important to me, my hair is long and beautiful I didn't cut my hair for a long time. Especially if this is going to be my first time in getting a hair cut. I ask him if it would be possible for me to come and see one of her clients getting a hair cut, he said no. So I ask him, do you have pictures the before and after some of your clients, he said no. I was ready to ask him another question and he hangs up the phone on me. Not very professional to hang up the phone on a new client. I'm glad I read some of the reviews. He is a rude person and he claims to be a hair stylist to the stars. What a joke. read more

Overall, Vivaldi Salon Suits seems like a pretty nice place aside from making you walk through a store awkwardly to go upstairs and get your hair done, but my review isn't about the place itself. I've only been to one person there, Bruce Craig. I've always gotten my hair chemically straightened and overall that turned out okay except he never once told me I shouldn't shower after, I always had to ask. Anyways the second to last time I visited him I asked him if he could do my hair for my senior prom which was a few months away at that point. He said he would and I made an appointment for 11o'clock, the morning of April 16th which was the day of my prom. By making my appointment several months in advance, I assumed that everything would go pretty smoothly. I was wrong. I got there and he wasn't just rude, he was convinced that my mother had some kind of jaw injury last time we were there, which was not the case. That's fine I'm sure he gets a lot of customers and it would be hard to remember them all, fine. Even after we seemed confused and corrected him he wouldn't drop it. I sat in the chair he suggested just straightening it. My hair is already pretty straight so I didn't want anything plain (absolutely not one person at the prom had just straightened hair. Not one.) and I told him I wanted it half up. Since his self given title is 'Stylist to the Stars' I didn't think there would be any complications but this is where the real problem started. He rudely informed me that he didn't do updo's and he said he would go around and ask other people there but it was /my/ fault because I waited until the last minute. Obviously everyone else there was booked. It was the day of prom, I never expected anything different. I left in tears and was eventually able to find a salon near a nearby grocery store that could get me in, but that ruined my morning. Bruce Craig is rude, delusional, and apparently all he knows about styling is how to use a straightener like just about every female teenager in the United States. Really, its not that hard. Stylist to the Stars my butt. I will NEVER go back to him (despite the fact that I don't have a back up person to cut my hair, I'd rather never cut my hair again) and I suggest you don't either. read more

I have friends who fly in from Seattle and one of the highlights of their visit is a trip to see Bruce for a cut and color. Not only is he a true artist but his price is amazing. Fabulous experience with Christina at Appearances Hair Design in Vivaldi Salon. She gives out her personal number so you can contact her directly to schedule which I appreciate. I had a great hair stylist for years and he moved out of state and I've been searching for someone for several years who can cut precision layers in very long hair without much success until I met Christina! I was so thrilled with her meticulous skills! She is also such a lovely person which made the experience so fantastic. Thank you Christina! read more

I noticed the person that gave the salon 5 stars is the owner of the salon. This was supposed to be a 90 dollar mani pedi and I was told it would be well worth it. It was worse than the 20 dollar ones you find on any street corner. Even though I was booked 3 weeks in advance, they double booked the appointment and I was told they could try to squeeze me in the following week. I did finally get in to someone to get a below average pedi. No Massage chair, leg masage, hot wax, sea salt scrub hot stones or anything you might expect from a normal pedi. Even the callus remover was a 7.00 upgrade. Really? For a $90 message. My polish was already chipped the next morning. I would NEVER go back here. read more

Let me start with .....this is not a review of my services received at a business inside these suites. I have been having my hair done at Fra amici II for about nine years. Her move to this building has forced me to request my services be done at my home even if I need to pay more. I have seen my stylist four times this year and each time the suite has been unbearably cold with no way to control this. The suite owners have space heaters that they put directly in front of their client to try to abate this. They are very apologetic and express frustration with the Vivaldi suite management to find a solution to this problem. The last straw was my last visit. The room was freezing and I had to ask for my service to be cut short because my stylist partner was performing a blow out service with chemicals. My eyes wouldn't stop stinging and I was choked up due to these chemicals. I have had this service done myself at the last salon Fra amici II was located at without this effect. (and I didn't have to bring a jacket). I am hoping she can find a way to accommodate me and perform my services elsewhere! read more
