Their care of him (and us!) was nothing less than wonderful. Duffy died in 2010 and the owners shared our grief when we shared that information. Fast forward 10 years and we have be bringing our Murphy to Dan & Laura as they are our trusted caregivers. We no longer live in town near them, it's one hour from our home to the kennel but we would make no other choice for our best friends safety and health. People who complained about cost clearly don't read well or understand math, but there are no underhanded schemes to overcharge. We love the Nelson family and will always trust them with our pets.

I have tried two other locations and both of them returned me a sad dog. When I picked up my dog from Waggin tails, she was her usual spunky and happy self. The best part of this is Dan at Waggin Tails will not board your pet unless you take a full tour of his facility. When you do, you see why this kennel is the place to keep your dog or cat. Also, your pet must be up to date with their shots or they will not board your Dog or cat. That is a superior policy to have in place. They are upfront with all pricing and costs. Honesty is the best policy in my book. I recommended my family member to do the same with their dog and they had the same result. One very happy dog. My situation with my dog was not an easy one when I sought services from Monica. My Shiba Nemo was 16yrs old, blind, and almost deaf with a few ailments including arthritis and liver disease. I explained to Monica in detail everything that needed to be done for Nemo which included meds and specific food guidance. Even though Nemo was probably a tough client due to his age and medical needs, Monica was so willing to help. I'm very grateful for all the help that Monica and her staff provided. Best decision ever, I meet with a wonderful pet sitter that came to my home to go over my cats care. My husband and I were very comfortable with the sense that my pets will be safe and secure. On Tuesday, Animal Care Centers (my primary vet) calls me and asked how she was doing, I got them up to speed....and then after I get them up to speed, they disclosed that the emergency vet had informed them of my visit, and they already knew about her issues. Then ACC wanted me to schedule another appointment for my cat, mind you I was at ACC not 2 weeks ago for a urinalsys, and was at the emergency vet this weekend. I informed them the emergency vet is running a urinalysis and lab, and I will wait for the emergency vet to update me (since I paid for it, and considering ACC's urinalysis showed nothing abnormal) And the woman from Animal Care Centers just hung up on me. one of the most unprofessional calls I've ever experienced.
