We normally do ride share. I looked online and it had a comparable cost. we asked the stand if they take CC and they said yes. NEITHER was true. The cab was dirty and was DOUBLE the cost once we got to the hotel And cash only. Their system was "down". SCAM, UNRELIABLE, RUDE. I booked a taxi on this business website for an early morning ride to the airport. I confirmed my appointment on the website. To be thorough, I also phoned the business and confirmed my taxi with the owner/manager. He told me he would be there at 3:45 am and to make sure I was outside waiting. Apparently, a number not associated with the business, that did not have a Spokane area code, called me in the evening to confirm my early morning ride. I was asleep when this call came in and my phone was on "do not disturb". Because I didn't answer this random 8pm phone call, the owner canceled my 3:45 a.m. taxi to the airport, and did not notify me of the cancellation!! So, lucky me was waiting outside in 8 degree weather at 3:30 in the morning for a taxi that didn't show up! I had to call and schedule another ride, which made me late to the airport. I will never ever use this taxi service again! Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and clueless. He also picked up 2 other fares and charges us all full price separately which according to WA law is ILLEGAL. horrible business. I called on a Friday morning to book a sat morning (5am) trip to the airport. The operator on the phone took my details and confirmed that he had all they needed and that they pick me up the next day. I waited until 5:10 and no one turned up. I called their number to find out where they were - operator put me on hold and never came back (I waited on hold for 10 minutes). When I called back again, I was told they had no record of my details. Very nearly missed my flight. Completely untrustworthy, do not use. Salem, is the best. His cab is clean and he is professional. I enjoyed talking to him. I appreciated that he has base access so that I can get straight to my destination. I do not recommend this company. Called to reserve in advance. The guy over the phone asked for my name, number and pick up time. Fast forward to the morning of my flight, waited about 10 minutes before calling them to follow up. The person who picked up the phone said no one is coming because I didn't confirm my reservation. Confirm my reservation??? I was shocked. The guy who initially took down my reservation didn't say anything about confirming my reservation prior to pick up. I didn't have any voicemails. I called today to confirm that someone was picking us up tomorrow and another guy answered and said sorry you are not on the books then hung up on me! Had to wait 40 minutes for the cab in cold weather. Gave address to both the company Spokane Taxi ahead of time and at least twice to the cab driver while waiting. The driver apparently did not understand good English and it was not always easy to understand what he was saying. But after he went to the wrong place, he blamed the problem on me and kept saying, "You're a dumb fucker" over and over again-even after I said I was going to report him for his behavior/language. Maybe that is how business is done in India but he needs to learn that is not the protocol for treating customers in the USA. His cab said Kabib 558-1068. Was not going to get in the cab with that kind of behavior and walked home from the auto repair place for an hour on a work sprained leg. read more
