Unless it is an ambulance, and there are lights and flashers so the other vehicles on the road can pull over to be safe, there is no reason to drive that way. I would never use this business based on their poor driving quality and the owner unable to apologize and take responsibility for illegal driving from their drivers.

He was pleasant, quoted me the rates and scheduled to have me, my grown daughter, and 15yr old granddaughter picked up from the airport. Steve had the flight number the time we landed and said they would check the flight prior to our arrival to make sure it was on time. I asked to I need to confirm this information before leaving from my destination. "No everything is confirmed. Robert will probable be your driver that night." We landed in Spokane airport at 11:00, tired from the days activities and rushing from one plane to the other. We were looking forward to the last leg of our trip to be calm and ready to get home. DID NOT HAPPEN. No one was at the airport to pick us up. I called to find out what happened. Robert answered the phone and stated, " We don't go to Spokane Airport. The taxes are killing us." I was so tired I wanted to reach through the phone. "Robert," I said, "Steve told me you would be picking us up, he confirmed it before I left!" I'm very anger now, " w We don't go to Spokane." The driver refused to address the flat and offered to tow it to a closed dealership and abandon the brand new car there or tow it to our home (which was half the distance) for an extra $110.00. Send this company packing if your auto manufacturer refers them for any roadside assistance because they won't help with anything except emptying your kid's wallet. On a side note: I used the fix a flat that came with the car this morning to air the tire up. The same fix a flat the tow truck driver refused to use at the scene. Thanks Jerry's for charging our daughter $110 for nothing. You're the best. Not!!
