He took the time to answer all my questions (silly ones and all) and was honest in the advice he gave. All of Andy's staff are also helpful and knowledgeable especially Ryan who took the time to help me pick out the perfect bike helmet while Andy was getting my bike ready. Before making the purchase, he asked great questions to determine what type of bike would fit my needs then showed me to those types of models. I was able to ride a couple of bikes to get a feel for the difference and determine which I liked better. In the end I went with the purple 2017 Specialized Vita model in small. It rides so smooth, is comfortable and brings back that feeling of freedom, pure joy and FUN! I had forgotten how amazing it feels to ride a bicycle since I haven't had one in over 25 years!! I'm so looking forward to taking this awesome piece of perfection on the road. A great bike shop with kick butt staff…read more I admit; as much as I would love to be up on my cycling game I have slipped from the scene so can't speak to the great carbon fibre bikes Trek is known to manufacture. However, if you are looking for s top quality children's bike it would be hard to argue anywhere other than Trek Aurora. Trek stands by their bikes in both quality and longevity. For starters, two years of free adjustments. Secondly - they will trade in your Trek bike for the next size. The money I have thrown away, on department store quality bikes, repairs, and driveway give aways more than makes up the extra I paid in price. The staff, patient, knowledgeable and honest. From pedal trainers to 24 inch mountain and fat tire bikes - be sure to check out Trek. Your child will be as thrilled as mine is with their new bike.

There was a miscommunication and instead of resolving it with me, the store owner blamed it on me (the customer) which I'm paying for a service and was treated rudely. When I got my bike the tires weren't pumped and the chain wasn't greased and had ask for that to be done when it should be already be done! Honestly, with the amount they had already charged me and making me come back twice and how rudely I was treated, I won't be going back there again...It's too bad as it was a decent cycle shop before they had poor communication skills and start blaming on the customer and stopped doing decent extra work like pumping the tires and greasing the chain after a service. I will go elsewhere next time.
