I just have to write this review immediately because that's how professional and detailed it's been working with VMD today on 11/21/2024. Zertron came out on time and texted to let me know he had arrived. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We met briefly and talked about any areas of concern for me and hopefully that it wouldn't rain while he's trying to provide the service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One of the biggest advantages that I look for is mobile service work. Even on my days off, who wants to deal with getting their car serviced or clean when I could be doing other stuff. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Zertron came out and met at my work location. We found a spot where he could situate his work van and be able to work uninterrupted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He offered me a solid by taking before pictures so that I could really see the contrast. I don't feel like he tries to add on anything that isn't needed or requested. We talked about pet hair removal, trunk cleaning, any extra fees or add-ons, etc. Once I review all the photos sent, before and after, will definitely post to show how great of a job he did. My vehicle is a 2018 SUV and no joke, he made it look clean, smells clean, feels clean. I couldn't be happier with a detail project that exceeded my expectations! My vehicle was pretty dirty inside due to my use delivering equipment long distances which require a lot of eating and driving and considerable spillage and it was all gone.
