And without a consultation and without enough time to sign the paperwork given in the waiting room, I was placed in x-ray room while still reviewing their paperwork. I explained to the x-ray women I don't have insurance and was just now viewing the x-ray portion of their paperwork. Smh I was surprised that she viewed me signing it while performing the x-ray..... I said there is no way I can pay this and she said not to worry and x-ray both hands. 15 or so mins later the appointment was over and I was asked for 460 dollar and threatened if I couldn't pay. Felt uncomfortable and blinded. Bad way to treat people. Especially new clients

I needed it reattached, which is an incredibly difficult and complicated surgery. I am so grateful I found Dr Myo's office. I live 35 miles away. That drive is worth it. First off, the staff is incredibly warm and kind. Maybe one at the front desk gets a little snippy, but no one is perfect. Obviously those who dump a one star review on these professionals won't be kind to front desk people. I don't know anyone who can tolerate abuse from the public indefinitely. Forgive her for being human. I see mostly the PA, Sarah. She is amazing. Her patient interaction skills are superb. I will attach pictures if Yelp lets me so you can see what happened. She stayed calm and direct and 100% correct that everything was healing perfectly. There are two MA in this office that radiate positivity. I'm in the patient room with my finger looking like I stuck it in the garbage disposal and the MA stays funny, calm and gentle and he changed the dressing on my hand. I have one more surgery scheduled with them and I trust them implicitly. Directly behind the office is an amazing physical therapy office that specializes in rehab for people like me (need to learn to use my hand again). Five stars, folks. See Sarah if you need to see a PA. Dr Myo is more occupied with surgeries than consults. However, his PA who do the consults are stellar. Five star stellar.

I am working with Dr Holloway who is just awesome, he identified some areas that I need to work on for my health and what really impressed me was when I came back for a second visit they had an action plan ready for me with multiple payment options. It wasn't just " let me crack your neck/back and send you off", I have a plan to get back to good health. There was no pressure at all to buy anything as well, and the staff is fantastic. Place is spotless and they have a good "new patient " deal to start off with. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a chiropractor and / or physical therapy. Thanks!

I would have continued with this friendly, helpful, amazing office if they took my insurance...Tresa

I just had my knee replaced (February 15, 2023) by a qualified orthopedic surgeon after Dr…read more Weinstein completely ruined it leaving me in a ton of pain in September 2020. Is there is more money in attempted repair than the TKR I had originally requested? I now wonder. Regardless, it has been just over a week; I am off pain killers and moving around with only a cane. I can even walk a little on even ground unassisted. With Weinstein and I couldn't walk properly for months. So after four months I went went back and complained to his face... which was a complete waste of time. My advice (and I did it this time) get multiple opinions, recommendations and do not let your self get sweet talked. Also pick a surgeon that specializes in the particular joint you are replacing or at least that are of the body, not one that can, or does, replace all sorts of other body parts.

I am a competitive powerlifter and I tore my vastus lateralis muscle (one of the quad muscles) attempting to squat 650lbs in a competition. It was nearly a full rupture of the quad muscle and my 28 inch thigh swelled up to well above 30 inches in circumference. Due to the nature of the injury it was imperative to get it looked at and operated on quickly. The staff at SOS got me in and out faster than I would have anywhere else. I got an MRI scheduled the same day as my initial appointment, and a surgery within ~2 weeks, even around the Thanksgiving holiday. Marissa at the front desk is always happy to help and made scheduling and payments a breeze. The X-ray technicians are friendly and accommodating especially when I could hardly move my leg. The PAs and doctors are great and were very mindful when removing stitches. Dr. Weinstein is everything I wanted in my surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and to the point. He won't lie to you or beat around the bush. He gave me the pros and cons of surgery and the possible outcomes with the various choices I had. The surgery itself was very successful and I am nearly back to where I was. He has taken the extra steps to make sure I get back to my goals of squatting heavy again and not stopping at "it's good enough". He treated me like a powerlifter and never once suggested that I should give up on squatting, which was incredibly helpful mentally, especially right after the injury.
