Eric and his team have been working with my client and her family for years, and when I came into the picture, I tagged along to shadow Eric's work. I was fascinated by the care, skill, and professionalism that was taking place. Immediately I knew my client, after her broken tib/fib (10mos) treatment, had been in great hands, and it really had shown through her results. She and I have been able to progress her recovery at lightning speed, which made both her and myself very happy! Eric and Sarah and the crew have done an amazing job, and it's very easy to see the reason for their success. They care about the patient, the community, and the process, and their access to a gym facility makes them second to none. Thank you IPT for all the work you've done in having such a great Impact on my client's lives!!!

Impact Physical Therapy has been amazing so far. I was in an accident that left me with several…read moreinjuries, and being in my third trimester of pregnancy has made getting treatment extra tricky. A lot of places either don't have experience treating pregnant women or are super limited in what they'll actually do, which can be really frustrating, even with my OB's approval. I was going to another PT place before this and honestly felt kind of hopeless. They weren't very personable or confident, and I felt like they were too scared to touch me, like I just had to wait until after I gave birth to get real help. I knew I was capable of doing more and wasn't improving at all, it was starting to take a toll on my mental health. Deciding to switch to Impact was the best move I could've made. The care here is night and day. You actually work with physical therapists one-on-one, not just techs, and everyone is super friendly, professional, and knows what they're doing. They offer a bunch of holistic treatment options like cupping, massage, dry needling, stretching, and strength work. I've only been going a little over a week, and already I feel so much more hopeful. I'm willing to do the work, I just needed the right guidance, and they've absolutely given me that. They don't treat me like I'm fragile or extremely limited just because I'm pregnant, and that means so much. I'm excited to keep going and finally feel like I'm on the right path to recovery.

I understand the five stars, and I'm so glad that I did. It was easy to schedule, they take close to every insurance, and they have a reasonable self pay option that is awesome to offer. They also offer massages there which is really wonderful. The appointment was for my son, and the front desk was able to get us into a cancellation pretty promptly (which I was so excited about) and when we got there, we filled out paperwork and went back within 10 min. Alex is who saw him and he was easy going, easy to talk to, and made my son feel comfortable, which is so important to both of us. He did some dry needling on him also and I think that helped a ton. We're seeing Alex a few times before the New Year and see how his progress goes. Overall, very pleased and appreciative of the care and communication from this practice. Thank you so much to Alex and his team!!

All the doctors, I have met have advised me to undergo surgery and avoid physical strain (like climbing stairs etc). They have also asked me to avoid working bedside and to get a desk job. My pain became worse on October 2019 and I started having severe symptoms of pain on individual areas like calves, knees and thigh. I was very depressed and was seeking for the option of Physical Therapy. My husband's colleagues had suggested to see Jason Paladino and this was where my life has changed. Jason is a very pleasant and kind human being. I have always believed that healing starts with the the mind. From day one onwards Jason has been very positively reenforcing. He has motivated me every single session. With the kind of exercise plan he had provided along with dry needling, I was able to see a huge leap in my recovery. Within a week my symptoms decreased and I was feeling I could walk more, stand more and sit more (this is from me getting pain after standing and siting for even 5min). Jason kept making my exercises tougher and kept challenging me to strengthen my back as well as my legs and focus on different cardio exercise.  I would definitely recommend Jason to everyone and anyone I know suffering from any physical ailments.
