The entire staff was wonderful and kind! Dr. Krieger was incredible helpful and accommodating as I walked around her office because sitting hurt to much. She was kind and informative and completely welcoming. Dr. Welch did my adjustment, he was professional, explained step by step what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was offered an additional treatment, told the cost upfront and why they offered it and how they thought it would help. It didn't feel like a forced add on just to make more money and Indeed the treatment REALLY helped. Now I'm doing rehab for my knee arthroscopy. Their facility is beautiful and gentle, well-trained dogs roam around the staff and patients. They have a manual therapy philosophy, which means that their skilled physical therapists work the muscles and other tissue with their bodies before you are asked to do your strengthening and rehab exercises. Their therapists are exceptionally well trained and even their techs know exactly what needs to be done, from prep to positioning. I highly recommend T.O.P.S. Physical Therapy!

I…read morewas very happy with my first visit, started with a thorough consult and some dedicated time with one of the PTs there. Then I continued on to my exercises with a student who was very helpful. My second appt a week later I was with a different PT who spent less than 5 min on me, no cupping or additional therapy. Then I was on my own to do my exercises which I hardly remembered so I had to approach one of the students for help. I found this odd because I've been to physical therapy before and had a more hands on experience from the staff. Repeat all of this on my third visit. Had another different PT who spent more time with me than the second one but once that care was over I was on my own. Then on my fourth visit I had yet another different PT, even though my appts were at the same date/time each week. I did some looking on Reddit and folks in the PT community refer to places like these as "mills" which it totally felt like. The nail in the coffin for me was getting charged for a needling service (recommended by one of the physical therapists there) even though at no point was I informed that it was an additional cost. Bummed out because the location was convenient and staff was kind, I just think the way the place is run could be more patient-focused.

My…read morehusband, Jed, came here after suffering a severe stroke that left him unable to move his right side and dependent on a Hoyer lift. We are leaving with him WALKING ON HIS OWN -- so well that he doesn't even need a cane -- and regaining so much of his ability to care for himself. He will still require a wheelchair for when he is fatigued but he is walking!! The progress he has made here has been absolutely incredible. Jaz, his Occupational Therapist, and Nicole, his Physical Therapist, were our absolute ALL-STAR TEAM. They are both phenomenal therapists, but what made them truly special was how much they genuinely cared about Jed and about us as people. Jaz helped Jed regain his independence and relearn how to care for himself. She made his therapy personal and meaningful, challenged him, encouraged him and celebrated every victory right alongside us. She took the time to really know Jed and me, brought so much warmth and hope to our days, and made us feel like we were more than just another patient and family. She became such a special part of this journey, and we will forever be grateful for everything she gave to Jed's recovery. Nicole was equally incredible. She pushed Jed, believed in him and helped take him from needing a Hoyer lift to walking independently without even a cane! She knew exactly when he needed encouragement and when he needed that extra push. Like Jaz, Nicole truly got to know us as people. She laughed with us, celebrated with us and became personally invested in seeing Jed succeed. Jaz and Nicole weren't simply therapists to us. They became part of our story. They were the all-star team we needed during one of the most difficult times of our lives, and we will forever be grateful to BOTH of them for helping Jed regain so much of his independence and his life. Kaylin, his Speech Therapist, was wonderful as well and helped tremendously with Jed's memory and cognitive recovery. Her patience, encouragement and work with him will continue to benefit him as he moves into outpatient therapy. Dr. Statt and Dr. Tim were also amazing. Dr. Tim always took the time to answer our many questions, listen to our concerns and make sure we felt heard and understood. We never felt rushed or dismissed, and that reassurance meant so much while navigating something as overwhelming as a severe stroke. The nurses, aides, housekeeping staff and everyone else we encountered were compassionate, kind and wonderful. They didn't just take care of Jed -- they took care of me too. They treated me with love and respect and allowed me to stay beside my husband every single night. I will never forget that kindness. And yes, even the food was good! We arrived scared and uncertain about what our future would look like. We are leaving with Jed walking independently and getting closer and closer to regaining his independence. His recovery isn't over, and we still have a journey ahead of us with outpatient rehabilitation, but this incredible team gave him the foundation, strength and confidence to take that next step. Banner Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix didn't just rehabilitate my husband -- they helped him regain his mobility, confidence, hope and so much of the independence we feared he might have lost. To Jaz, Nicole and this entire team: you will forever be part of Jed's recovery story and our family's story. We will never forget what you did for us. From chores to cooking - staying in the house aids you with important life & interpersonal skills. The scope of The Clinical Director and the staffs understanding of this field is profound. They handle life in the present and only looks's ahead. Scottsdale Providence provides empathy, a sophisticated set of interpersonal skills, acts with a sense of urgency, constructive self-insights and encouragement. The staff helped me build a structured treatment plan to initiate helpful growth, strength and a realistic recovery. Although the action is up to you, the therapists equip you with a foundation full Of resources to build upon. They work on your inner strengths and challenge your weaknesses. They offer constructive feedback and are quick to tell you what you need to hear - not what you want to hear. The staff overall truly have your best interest at heart and want to see you succeed. They provided me with a sense of care and safety in being vulnerable. The staff is efficient in they're approach and steadfast to being consistent & professional.
