It…read morehas been almost a week since I walked into ApexNetwork Physical Therapy in San Tan Valley expecting an ordinary PT day and found something I will never forget. The day has passed, but the love I felt that morning certainly has not. Eric, Ian, Justin, and Katie, my therapists, Stephanie and Makayla, the tech assistants, and Jay, the PT student, were all wearing purple. They were wearing purple for Jackie, the beloved Big Bear bald eagle whom I watched for years through the Friends of Big Bear Valley nest camera. Jackie became such an important part of my daily life that I eventually wrote twelve books filled with my memories and stories about Jackie, Shadow, and their family. Then I noticed Eric had even changed the ApexNetwork signs to purple. It was one more little detail that told me how much thought had gone into making that day special for me. They did not simply put on purple shirts. They created a whole room filled with purple and, more importantly, filled it with love. They knew how deeply I loved Jackie and how much losing her affected me. They had listened to my stories, remembered how much she meant to me, and cared enough to honor her with me. I cannot adequately explain what that did to my heart. I felt surprised, honored, loved, and very special. ApexNetwork is a wonderful place to receive physical therapy, but I have learned that what makes this particular place so extraordinary is the staff within those walls. Their knowledge and dedication help strengthen my body three times a week, but their kindness, laughter, compassion, and friendship have helped me in ways that have nothing to do with physical therapy. Somewhere along the way, they became people I look forward to seeing, laughing with, and spending time with. Almost a week later, I can still feel the love they gave me that morning. When I look at this photograph, I see much more than purple shirts and purple signs. I see kindness. I see friendship. I see a group of people who cared enough to say, "Mary Ann, we know you miss her, and today we remember her with you." From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Eric, Ian, Justin, Katie, Stephanie, Makayla, and Jay. You touched my heart more deeply than you will ever know. I went to physical therapy to strengthen my body, but that morning they helped strengthen my heart. Almost a week has passed; the purple shirts have been put away, and the signs have returned to their usual color, but what all of you did for me is still wrapped around my heart. And somewhere in all that purple, I couldn't help but think our Queen Jackie would have approved.

I live in West Mesa and drive to San Tan bc my Podiatrist said they would be worth the drive, and let me tell you- they absolutely are!! I'm so impressed that I am beginning to take my 76 year old Mom to see them for balance issues bc of hearing loss. Yes! They do that, as well! You will be in great hands with Welch! They truly care about their patients and want them to heal. During my PT I was able to try Shockwave Therapy. At the time it was something new they offered. I was impressed! I noticed a night/day difference with my pain level. Shockwave goes much deeper than laser to help reduce the chronic inflammation. As long as I stay in Arizona this will be my go to PT place!!! Called to ask about their mask policy....Karen verified patients had a choice about masks. Had my first appointment today with Brigit and it was "above and beyond". Everyone from Karen at the front desk to Brigit...and other therapists were friendly, caring...making sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend this location.

Im amazed at their knowledgeable base and skill. The one on one attention to your injury is what I value most. Other places I've been in the past don't compare. My pain management doctor was thrilled I chose Endurance Rehab because of the attention to the patient and thorough treatment plan. I have two herniated discs on my neck which have caused me a lot of pain. After working with Jordan I now have a lot more flexibility in my neck and my pain has been greatly reduced!

Located on the north side of Indian School east of the Sprouts (if you know where that is). There is plenty of parking. They are located on the second floor and immediately to the right when you exit the elevator. For my first appointment I was scheduled for 1.5 hours since it was an intake. I met with my physical therapist, Troy Geiger. There are tables in a horseshoe format with a cart in the middle that contains many of the items they have available for physical therapy. From what I have seen there are two physical therapists at this location. Troy spent time reviewing my injury, taking measurements and copious notes. He gave me some exercises to do that day and some of them actually felt like a game and the time went fast. Each person has their own timer for each exercise. Each subsequent appointment is for an hour but can go a little longer (5-10 minutes). One fun aspect is that they have TV that most can see from their therapy table and they always have a good family movie on for those who want to watch during their repetitive therapy exercises. This is by far the best physical therapy I have experienced.

It is usually more than a week in between rescheduling, and then the next person does the same damn thing. These people don't give a darn about your health or recovery. If they don't feel like getting out of bed that day you are screwed. Absolutely the worst experience of in-home physical therapy I have ever had.
