I have always had great service from Sport Motors. I restored an old Kawasaki and everything I needed parts or even some advice, the people there were very helpful and knowledgeable. It's a small place and has a real small town feel to it. No high pressure salesmen there, just guys who ride and love their bikes. read more

I recently purchased a new ATV from Sport Motors, and I thought I got a pretty good deal on it. No complaints there. I also ordered a weed sprayer/pump/tank assembly for the ATV I bought. I was told it would be in on Monday. I called Tuesday and Wednesday to check on it, and nobody could tell me where it was. I left messages for Bruce, the sales manager, to call me, and he never did. By Thursday I still hadn't been called, and nobody could tell me when the sprayer would be in. So I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Lousy customer service and communication lost this customer for the future. I was planning on purchasing a few more accessories for my ATV through Sport Motors, but I'll go elsewhere now because of the bad experience I had with them. read more

I'd give minus stars if I could! This joke of a business, with seemingly no ethics, sold a motor trike out from under us, 24 hours before we were going to pick it up! We had been dealing with the owner, have many messages about the bikes purchase, he had agreed to sell it to us for cash! We are sorely disappointed in this business. I am sure that Bruce's father would have never done business like this. Shame on them!! read more

I had lost a small part on a carburetor and went in with parts in a box. Instead of telling me they couldn't help me (because I tried working on it myself) they were able to get me the part I needed. I have a leaking shock that I was going to try to fix myself but will now take it in to these guys. read more

We came to look for a new motorcycle. We were greeted by a salesperson when we came in. He then talked on the phone for a solid 10 minutes before we decided to just leave. They no longer sell Yamaha. read more
