Well you live and learn. I thought I was getting a pretty good deal the seller was selling 3 Amazon. I received my air gun $1500 worth scratched up so badly it looked like it was drug across a sidewalk or down a road they packaged up my package put everything in the hard case and didn't latch the hard case, so everything came out inside the shipping cardboard box and was bounced And thrown around all the way to the state of Florida. Fedex at every stop Having to tape patchi the box up They said try not to take it out of Commission so it can still be delivered they got it here and it's not their fault they tried to take care of it as much as possible. The barrel kept sticking Through the box they said Along with the shroud and the rail also . I called sports and gadgets before I even opened the box and I filmed it opened in the box so they would be able to see so they would have proof well when I opened the box I'm missing all the O rings instruction manual the can of pellets the air adapter I guess it all that little stuff fell out with all those holes that were patched on planes or trucks and conveyors so I have it all films so they could see it well a lady answers the phone and hangs up on me now he's been messing with Amazon screwing with them and me for over 10 days trying to get Amazon so they would not refund me without me returning it to her which I can see what she would want that but all I asked for was the parts that were missing and a discount with all the cosmetic damage we can work something out or a replacement well they lied to Amazon and me constantly so now I'm having an appeal all this having to dispute the charges with the financial institutions reported them to Hatson which hats and seems to be one that are bigger suppliers they're not happy about it so they will be contacting them about this issue for sure it's been a long time since I've had to give a bad rating I don't put myself in these circumstances. But I felt like that this needs to come out cause I was looking at some other reviews on other Google reviews several other reviews on all kind of sites and it seems like this is something this establishment does a lot especially if you buy something from them off of Amazon they work that angle and try to screw you over. Far as I know when I start to think about it how do we know or I know where any one knows that they did not leave that hard case unlatched on purpose and that gun was already scratched all up I don't even know if it works because I Do not have the O ring kit and the striker rod O ring is shot so I have a good feeling that this was a used or messed up rifle and probably they probably were reimbursed by Hanson already and tried to sell it if you read the other reviews about other transactions with Amazon read them on Google read them on through different sources there's just too much and too many of them that match exactly what they're doing to me but I tell you people I'm going to take one for the team for everybody so these people don't do it to anyone else I am going to have them prosecuted I have already talked to the local law enforcement there in the district attorney they have the video and just for everybody read this that violates section 6 I'll have to look up the codes but I'm sure y'all probably find out about it but yes they are going to pursue this case that's against the law to even sell it to locals there much less to do it interstate and Hatson will be doing a thorough investigation on them also but the point of the matter is beware be very cautious I suggest if you're buying anything from them you buy it in their store which I don't even think the store exists anymore is what I'm getting off the Internet hold things that con in a scam thank you. Ohh and also I forgot to mention that it comes with a tripod handle it was destroyed you know it seems like these people other than give a refund if they were legit they would replace the parts that I need to see if the gun worked and discount it with all the damage I'm only going to use the gun one time to shoot this charity event it has to be an entry level gun but because of these people I paid $1500 for this gun and had to go buy another gun at Sportsman's in Florida for $1600 and these people will not answer their phone the whole time I was trying to save them money but the more I think about it The gun probably was damaged before they ship it and that's why they did not close the case. You might be OK if you walked in the store if the store still exists to buy something but I can promise you you may seriously regret if you order it through Amazon people when it comes to them stating stuff to Amazon but thank God I have this recorded with her or the employee on speakerphone and Amazon supervisor listening to it as I'm videoing and explaining her what's missing in the package and what I need to be replaced other and say Oh sure she just hangs up that's the only communication I've had by phone read more

I bought a Vortex Riflescope scope and scope mounts from these guys on Ebay. I had to return the scope because it was not the same scope on the ad and the scope mounts were too small. So I returned the Items in the same box within a day of receiving it. Later I received an email from Sports and Gadgets stating they will not refund me until I return the scope they sent me, insinuating that I returned the wrong scope. You guys are freakin idiots that's why I was returning it in the first place. YOU GUYS SENT THE WRONG SCOPE!! I have been on Ebay for 5 years and your scope is the only item I have ever returned on Ebay. What kind of business practice is this, accusing your customers of THEFT!!
