If you're in any kind of pain Kevin is the man to call!I cannot recommend him enough. He uses NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), which is a technique that looks at how the nervous system and muscles work together to identify the root cause of pain and movement issues -- not just treat the symptoms! This is KEY. He is one of the two instructors in all of the US that does this type of therapy! What's amazing about NKT is that it helps uncover compensation patterns in the body, one muscle may not be functioning properly, so another muscle overworks to compensate, creating pain, tightness, instability, or chronic issues elsewhere. Instead of just stretching or strengthening random areas, he is able to pinpoint what the body is actually doing and why! I've honestly never experienced anything like it. His knowledge of the body is incredible, and the way he connects movement patterns, muscle activation, posture, and pain is seriously impressive. Every session feels intentional and personalized, and I always leave feeling like my body is moving better and making more sense! Kevin is my number one guy. I have followed him and have not regretted the journey. He has all the best qualities of a specialist. He is informative and knowledgeable and is committed to your wellbeing. 5/5 but that doesn't give his technique the experience the justice. His 10/10 he adapts his technique and massages for each client. You are not your injury or pain. I haven't been prescribed a regimen but it's homework to improve your pain or strengthen. He can't help you if you can't help yourself. But I know my limits and adjust accordingly. But things happen and we all need the help. I have chronic back pain. It's something you get use too living with but it's definitely more manageable to find a gem like Kevin and his business. I recommend everyone I know to him. When all of the gyms started to close down, due to Covid in 2020, I turned to running to stay healthy. Slowly, my short runs turned into longer runs, and before you knew it, I was running half marathons. Eventually, those half marathons turned to marathons and then ultramarathons. Unfortunately, on one of the ultramarathons I completed, I injured my both of my knees. I was told by two specialists that I would never be able to run again. My diagnosis was the following: right knee - partial lateral meniscus tear left knee - full lateral meniscus tear. I had exhausted everything from physical therapy to Cortizone shots, and nothing helped with my pain. Physical therapy never helped me because they used generic exercises target for knee injuries without getting to the "why" the injury occurred in the first place. From a friend, I learned about Kevin and his approach to treating sports injuries. Unlike traditional physical therapy, he customizes his treatment plan toward each individual client and their specific injuries. He used a combination of Neurokinetic Therapy to Active Release Techniques, which helped me through my pain. After only two sessions, I was able to walk without any pain. After the third session, I was running again and after the fourth I completed a marathon! Not only did I complete a marathon, but I completed it without any pain during the event, as well as, the days that followed the run. So, take it from me. I am someone who didn't want to give up. I have had chronic back pains for a little over 5 years. It comes and goes and have struggled to find lasting results. After having memberships to various chiropractic clinics and trying various Physical Therapist I was finding temporary relief to my problems, but they still persisted. After seeing Kevin's videos on the internet about his different tools and techniques for various join and muscle issues I decided to schedule a session with him and it is absolutely the best thing I could have done for my back. After a single session I feel phenomenal! My range of motion has increased and my pain and stiffness is completely gone. I reached out to Kevin a couple of weeks ago because I was suffering from Sciatica Pain and literally could not even get out of bed one day due to the pain. He not only got me in that next evening (because he could tell I was in so much pain!) but he worked on my back and hips, evened myself out and then taught me stretches to prevent this from happening in the future and if it does, to help manage the pain until I can see him. My favorite thing about Kevin is you can tell he cares...he followed up with me 3x now since I've seen him to see how my progress in healing is and I was able to lift heavy squats again for the first time 2 days ago in over a month.
