DO NOT GO HERE‼‼‼ Visiting sunset bay from out of town. Nobody in the restaurant. They took over an hour to bring us our wings. When they came out there was a long hair stretched across the wings. We told the server and they took the wings into the kitchen and brought them back our 15 seconds later. I ate literally 1 wing and stopped because it was suspect. 7 hours later I was hovering over the toilet throwing up. Ended up having food poisoning. Missed 2 days of work. So glad we decided to stop here. Quiet little hole in the wall with friendly service and patrons. Felt comfortable right off the bat and pulled a couple of stools up at the bar. This place actually sucks. I have a place in the bay and stopped there for wing night. The wings were over fried and burnt and were just covered in sauce. We only ordered 80 wings and were mostly the same flavor. Took forever and then they didn't comp us one drink, nothing. Also, the blue cheese was awful and to me it didn't taste like blue cheese. Wings smelled like fish. Save your money, even if they're 75 cents. Go to McDonald's, it'll taste better and be cheaper. read more

Have lived in the area my whole life and I have never tried this place. I had heard they had good wings so my mother, sister, and I set out to give them a try. It's definitely a no frills dive bar that was full of locals, but we felt like we belonged. The small bar had about 10 seats, off that was a 6 table dining room and off that, down 2 steps, was about 4 or 5 tables and pool table. Nothing fancy, but we weren't expecting that. The wings were good, nothing super special, just good. They had basic flavors, nothing fancy. The onion rings were good and crispy. The fresh cut curly fries should have spent a little more time in the fryer, as they were soggy and greasy. The shining star of the night was the pizza. It was a small 9" cheese and pepperoni pizza and it was amazing. The crust was crispy with a little chewiness. The sauce was not too thick, not too thin with delicious flavor. It was just plan ole good. Better than most pizza joints. Oh, the other bonus was we were there around 7 on a Monday and it was still happy hour. I've been debating 1 or 2 stars. It's definitely worth the visit, but I don't want to mislead anyone into thinking it's someplace nice. It's unintentionally, unironically straight up Twin Peaks freakish. The decor is 1960's VFW posts, complete with "stained glass" Genny lites over the pool tables, Peach Scnapps painted mirrors and faux-wood paneling. We rustled 2 tables together to seat our party of 8; slight issue as one of the other 4 tables in the restaurant was 12. Can't handle 2 big parties at once and we were told "ordering will be a while". Both waitresses were uncomfotable in their surroundings and had trouble with the concept of "eye contact" and "take your order". After our table settled in and got our beer and placed our orders, we discovered that there was only enough silverware for 2 of us. So the waitress brought out approximately 20 forks and 20 knives, put them in a big pile on the table and said "here you go". Of course we took the forks and knives and stuck them hap-hazardly in our entrees. Do not order anything but the fish fry or chicken fingers. Seriously, I'm warning you. Chicken wings. 35 cents Ok - I've lived in Silver Creek for almost ten years and never stopped in at this until tonight! We went to meet one of my wife's colleagues and I will admit - this was an incredible place for wings. Their menu offers the typical pub food - with some exceptions. However, tonight and every Tuesday is Wing Night and at .35 a wing you just can't beat it. The rest of the menu is very enticing as well and looks like nothing is expensive - including the steak at $15.00. I believe we will return and try out the fish fry on Friday! As for the place itself - lots to do inside - small bar, pool table, darts,music - ATM and plenty of tables to sit at and eat some scrumptious food! There were some minor issues: the place was a bit loud, but typical of the type of place it is. My feet got extremely cold, but it was horrible outside 12-10-13 - weather outside was frightful. And some cow who left was brought up in a barn on the outskirts of town and left the damn front door open! Due to one trip - I can only offer up 4 stars at this time as I didn't see enough to give it a 5 star rating, but we are surely going to go back - and most likely it may become another "go to" spot! read more

This is by far the worst service I've ever had. Walked in and it took 10 minutes before they even acknowledged our presence. Then they told us to just find a seat and it took another 15 minutes for a server to ask for our drink order. Finally got our drinks and ordered food but we waited 45 minutes for the food to come out and it never came- we also saw the server once in that whole 45 minutes and she told us our food was coming "soon". Everyone at the tables around us were having the same issues with the server disappearing for long periods of time. We ended up leaving and finding another place for dinner. My girlfriend and myself stopped in for the first time on our way home from Forrestville. The place isn't a five star fine dining restaurant, it is your typical, cozy neighborhood bar. The bartender/server was very friendly. My girlfriend had the hamburger and thought it was OK. But the REAL reason to come here is for the chicken wings. I've had wings at all of the "top" places in town and with the possible exception of the 911 Tavern, this place topped them all. If your in the area stop in. Even if your not it's worth the drive to have some of the best wings in the Buffalo area. Make it in the summer and you can hit the beach as well. read more

I would not recommend this restaurant due to customer service!!!! we went in there to pick up food with a coupon from restaurants.com. Mind you we told the lady about this coupon and not once did she say it was DINE IN ONLY. Also no where on this coupon did it say DINE IN ONLY. well when we went to pick up our food the lady told us we could only use that for Dine in Only. My bf explained to her that we didn't have the cash for the full order only the cash and the $25 voucher/Coupon/gift certificate that we received for Christmas. Well the bartender told two other guys to hold my boyfriend down and don't let him go anywhere until he pays. They basically threw him face down on the bar with his hands behind his back until he pulled out money that we didn't have to pay for the full order and not use the certificate. The other money they took to cover the voucher was for my kids diapers. This was right after Christmas on New Years Eve so funds were tight. We didn't really have the money to eat out but we figured we had the gift certificate/voucher thing that we should do something special for the kids on NYE. Anyways we got the food and left. The next day I called the owner to have him investigate he said he would look into it check the cameras and the certificate and get back to me. I called again and messaged there fb and the owners wife told me that she would have him call me. STILL NO CALL and it wasn't made right in anyway! it was wrong of them to treat my bf that way because of there voucher that didn't say anywhere that it was Dine in Only. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was going to call the cops but of course the owner didn't want that to happen so that's why he kept holding me off forever until it was too late to make a report. Also isn't the cleanliest restaurant in the area and they don't care if people are obliterated. They let people pick fights.
