Most of the tables seat four people or less and this location has less seating than some of the other Spot locations, but I'd come here again for the great service. A great local coffee shop chain! My favorite drink is the chaider fall seasonal drink, which is half chai and half cider -- a perfect spicy option for fall that can be hot or iced. Cute patio with a decent size. Staff are all friendly. Lots of different seating options. The baked goods have historically been touch and go, but the Paula's donuts are consistently delicious of course. I do wish they brought back their waffle special on the weekend or some more sweet-focused breakfast options. Their version of the Frappuccino is also a hidden gem, it has much more of a coffee-taste and is amazing. read more

I was heading towards Starbucks in Williamsville and I saw people sitting outside on Spot's patio, and realized I could definitely go there. So I did a u turn and I'm so glad I did. It's really a charming Spot. First it's very dog friendly, with a large self filling water dish for your dog. And on the counter inside is a big glass container of dog biscuits. There weren't as many baked goods as usual in the display case but the two best things were available, the brownies and the cinnamon rolls. The selection of flavors to add to your beverages included some really fun new flavors. Including lavender and rose. Since I love rose in anything, I asked the barista what her thoughts were on adding rose to a latte. She suggested putting it in an iced latte,an excellent and delicious suggestion! She was very cheerful and sweet had my latte done in no time. I noticed that they had a sign on the menu saying that pizza and soup were not available. I'm not sure why or how long that's for but they are still serving sandwiches and salads. They have lots of Covid precautions throughout the restaurant. The tables have the red and green laminated signs with sanitized or needs to be sanitized on every table. They also have lots of purell throughout. There are lots of tables inside and plenty more outside on the patio with umbrellas. Since it's finally warmer and sunny it's a perfect place to stop and sit and people watch. read more

Recently came here and got a cold brew and did some coffeeshop work--it was a great experience! This coffeeshop is particularly bright with lots of windows and natural sunlight and plenty of outlets making it an ideal working environment. For COVID, they had the turn over sign to signify whether a table has been sanitizer. My only complaint was no one seemed to be paying attention and sanitizing these tables in between even when there was a lull in orders. The coffee itself was delicious and the work environment with the windows and sunlight and outlets was great. Plenty of good looking food options as well. When I walk into a Spot coffee I always want it to be like Chippewa and Delaware in the '90's LOL I know that's unreasonable and I don't know if I'd actually want to sit on the thrift store furniture anymore. I also know it's dated to have barbies on bathroom doors... Ok back to 2022. This location is spacious and the service was fine. I felt I waited a bit for my latte, but I was literally here to kill time. I sat in a comfy spot by the window sipping my latte and eating a chocolate chip cookie. Service with a snarl. Though the coffee is good, I will go to a different location from now on. Coffee minus the rude attitude. So I paid $10 for a simple house coffee and a specialty drink which is fine. I got my coffee immediately. What isn't fine is I waited 15 min for them to call out my specialty drink to be ready. After I just watched 6 people who were behind me get their orders, I politely asked "did you forget my chai-sicle?" "I never got it", she sneered. She did begin making it right away and I thanked her for that. When it was done she placed it on the counter and called it out like it could be for anybody. No apology. No courtesy. No eye contact. I said thanks and took my order. Nowadays, thanks to Covid, the customer is no longer right. No longer special. You can't complain about service anymore, nor a rude employee. The sentiment from businesses is now "be thankful we're open". Or, my personal favorite ....."we are under-staffed, so please be thankful for those who showed up for work today." I am thankful. From out of town and stopped in for breakfast. Good ambiance with fire place. Ordered breakfast and breakfast for my wife. I order western omelet and she a frittata. Ordered bagels and muffins to go. Got meals. My western had mushroom bits in it ( not on menu). My wife's frittata had ham in it. Not on menu. To go bag was missing a bagel and muffin. The woman behind counter seemed clueless. Food was ok. Bagels seem to be frozen and thawed and definitely not fresh bagels like I was told by this woman. I'm a bit of a bagel snob so if you are looking for fresh bagels take note. Came in today for an early afternoon coffee with my daughter. Menu has a lot of good options for food and drinks as well such as blender drinks, breakfasts, paninis, pizza and salads. There was a lot of seating available today. In the Summer when we sat outside on the patio, it was really hopping! My favorite part about this Spot location is the patio. It's right on Main street but the location is nice and it's very clean. There is parking in the rear and the ambiance is modern. I decided to try the spicy tuna wrap. It was delicious! It came with a "salad" which was simply spring mix and dressing but it was fine by me. I absolutely love this location. The day I came here I actually had left a meeting at the Main St Spot in Williamsville. I was so much happier at the smaller location. All of the same menu and amenities but none of the loud acoustics. They have a burning fireplace which was a nice touch. I will be coming to this one often! read more

I understand that everything is different in the era of Covid.... but things should not go as poorly as our lunch did this past Sunday.... especially when the person taking your order is one of the owners... yup.... she told us that! First, don't leave your in-person customers standing around waiting and waiting and waiting.... while you attempt to figure out how to use your computer for online orders. Second, actually listen to your customers when they order so you get the order correct. A wrap should come in a wrap. A cold sandwich should come out cold. Extras and deletions (especially since entered into your computer) should actually be honored. Both sandwiches ordered should actually be made (not one made, one forgotten, yet both charged for). And third (and most importantly these days!) please for the love of health and safety.... make sure your darn mask is over both your mouth and nose! Everywhere! Every day! All day while at work! I'm familiar with the Spot set-up and vibe, as we've been into many of this Buffalo chain's locations. This one is no different. The Snyder store is bright, clean, trendy, inviting, great service, and you pay for it all--it's pricey. A regular cup of coffee is a couple bucks, not bad, but most of the other specialty coffee drinks are upwards of four or five bucks. I enjoy the Spot, but as a neighborhood coffee shop I'd be fine with some sacrifice in the high-quality decor to shave some change off the beverage prices. A little on the expensive side for a chain coffee place but I enjoy coming here with friends to get some coffee and study. Always a warm, welcoming place especially when the fire is on. Wow! How did I not know this coffee shop existed until now? It's tucked away but such a pleasant and clean spot to visit. I actually ended up here accidentally when I was trying to visit the other Main Street Spot. This spot compared to others is so clean and fresh looking, the amount of light that comes into this one with all the open windows creates a warm setting. The food is pretty consistent as with the other Spots around town but I really enjoyed visiting this one because it was more quant and seemed less hectic. Will definitely come again! read more

This Spot Coffee location is my least favorite Spot location. I'm not sure if they are independently owned but for some reason this location consistently misses the mark. The baked goods on display are always dried out and tasteless. The sandwiches and food are lackluster. The iced coffee tastes like water. Very excited to have this new location, within walking distance of our home! Walked with our dog and was hoping to sit outside and enjoy a nice morning with my wife. When we got there the tables were wet from the night before, it would have been nice if they would simply wipe them off. No one was able to sit outside and enjoy the nice fall day. Ordered 2 coffees, a bagel and a breakfast wrap. Literally took 20 minutes.... So we walked home, unable to sit outside with our dog. My wife's bagel did not have extra cream cheese as I requested and my breakfast wrap was lacking in anything other than eggs. It was not made as advertised. Very disappointed with the food as well. my hope is that they can fix this bad service! I want to come back and give them another chance. read more

SPOT Snyder! This place is like the less busy, more-tables-available version of its older sibling up the street in Williamsville. (And cleaner, too) I've been wanting to check this place out for awhile now, and this morning I did before voting. It's got all the funky feels we all know and love. Plus I like how easy it is to get in and out, as compared to the Main Street location. It's super cute with a cozy fireplace and fun, instagrammable "Snyder" sign on the wall.
