I scheduled carpet cleaning for 10AM today, but when I called to confirm, he said he could only do it tomorrow at 10AM. Then he asked for payment by credit card upfront. I said he could send an invoice instead, but he said "my wife says we need the payment upfront." When I said we couldn't do that, he responded, "Then you're going to have to find someone else." This business has a new location on Margaret Street and Robinson Terrace, and I am glad that Mike is back! This place rocks. He has revived my aging car over several winters now and never disappoints. A detailing from this shop is my favorite gift at Christmas or birthday. To get into my car after it leaves this shop is like the day I left the dealer ... a step back in time...with a fresh interior and shiny skin. Great job Mike! Would give zero stars if I could. They clean half assed. They also don't pay employees. If you work for them they will ultimately screw you over. If you are a company hiring them they do things half ass like I said. Mike has been known to break things in stores claim it wasn't him. Or if something goes wrong with his machines he blames the store manager and store employees. read more

If there was a zero star option they'd get that. Very dishonest and the car did not come out spotless. I made an appointment with 518 Elite and dropped it off at the wrong place. That was my fault but mike the owner did not have the common decency to tell me. I payed this man $100 to push a vacuum around my floor for 4 hours. All the stains and marks were still there the floor just had less sand. I recommend this guy to who ever feels like throwing money away. read more
