The owner was extremely helpful, welcomed us like a guest in their home, and walked us through how to use everything. In addition, they explained their additional services sush as there washer and fold, and they offer pick up and delivery. My wife actually likes this better than our former home setup because she can wash a week's laundry all at once! We are not techies but we downloaded their app which tells you which machines are available,how much they are, and even lets you customize the washer settings and pay. Horrific customer service…read more I brought in a dress for hemming on a Monday, and was told it would be ready by that Friday at 5pm. When driving by on Friday around 2:30, I noticed the dress was still hanging in the window in seemingly the same place and position it had been all week. I stopped in to ask if it might be ready a few hours early, and the employee looked at me a bit sadly and said, "Oh, I meant to call you. The seamstress didn't get to it, and she's out of town for the weekend now." I needed the dress for an event on Saturday night, and said so when I dropped the dress off on Monday. The owner/seamstress had just ignored the dress all week, her employee noticed, and did nothing to rectify the situation or inform me of the owner's failure. The employee said she would call the owner, but the owner/seamstress has yet to contact me. What could she do at this point? Find a friend to do the alteration? Reimburse me for the $250 I spent on the event tickets and $250 for the dress itself? There's a lack of attention and care here, and the owner selfishly seems to care about nothing but herself and her weekend getaways. The employee made it so much worse - had she contacted me when she noticed her boss's oversight, hours before, I might have had an opportunity to find another location to make the alteration. Arden Fair Cleaners left me high and dry without a care.

Vending machines with your favorite snacks and drinks.. Running out of water or detergent? No problem, they have that all available too. The prices are very reasonable. Your drinks and snacks are all at $1. They even give you a dollar back for washing your clothes on "Wednesday"! Out of all the laundry areas around town. This is the best one! I personally come here for the 8 load washer that can fit comforters and blankets etc. The owner and employee here is super nice and friendly. Good business. *bathroom for customers only
