I was a loyal customer for several years and regularly drove from Elk Grove because I trusted this business with my clothing. I brought in a white dress with three small pasta sauce spots, which I disclosed when I dropped it off. The dress was returned in much worse condition than when I left it, and instead of feeling like my concerns were taken seriously, I felt like the owner became defensive. I even had to ask for a refund of the original cleaning charge. I took the dress to Vogue Cleaners right down the street, and they were able to completely restore it. Their customer service was outstanding. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability, communication, and even a simple apology. As a long-time customer, I expected much better. I'm have going to this cleaners for a couple of years. I always ask for all my clothes to be creased as a matter of I say it three times before leaving the store. Two times I pick up my items my pants are iron the wrong way. I had to stand or return my clothes so that they can iron them the correct way. I was told the reason all my pants didn't get creased is due there were two employees working on my items. Good customer would be to communicate with the other employees who are working on the same items. Monday I took 11 items there and they stated my clothes will be ready Tuesday. I didn't receive a text message saying your items are ready so I called the store about 3:30 pm and asked if my items were ready. They stated almost but your shirt is not ready it will be ready Wednesday 09/10/25 I waited until about 6pm today when I got there I was told it will be Thursday. I was so piss due to the poor customer service. I told them I'm flying out town tomorrow I can not wait any longer. I asked to talk to the manager or owner since it's family own. I've been coming here for years, and every once in a while, we will have a snafu that they take care of immediately. I still really don't understand house dry cleaning works, so I am going to let that be known before I go on. I love vintage, and often the dresses I find need to be dry cleaned instead of washed. I just picked up three dresses, all different materials, and degrees of dusty, not really dirty, that I found at thrift stores, or estate sales. I have them cleaned before I try them and make any alterations just to get the cooties out. Now the three of them look nice now that they're pressed. One of them still had a tag from the thrift store attached that I forgot to take off. The tag was completely intact, which would not happen if I had washed it. That's why I mentioned that I don't know how to dry cleaning works, and I don't know how this dress was cleaned. So, my dresses look clean, I hope they are clean. Customer service here is excellent, parking is easy and everything is ready within a day. They also notify you by texts which I appreciate. read more

I used Sav on Cleaners once about 4 years ago and was pleased with their service! I recently bought 3 dresses from Nordstrom Rack that were not machine washable friendly. requires dry cleaning. It was a no brainer to bring them here! I came on Sunday, but, they were closed (rookie error on my end..apparently no dry cleaners in the area are open on Sundays LOL). Came by Monday afternoon: I was quoted $12.75 for dry cleaning plus steaming of each dress, paid, received my ticket and was off! I received a text with a link that allows me to follow up on the status of my dry cleaning order (You're asked for your phone number when checking in). The lady quoted my dresses to be ready for pick up on Wednesday at 4pm. I received a text on Wednesday around 2pm. I was impressed! I didn't get to pick my dresses up on Wednesday, since I got of work late and wouldn't have made it before closing. I stopped by this morning and my dresses were ready on 3 individual hangers, with clear covering on top, with my name on a ticket attached. They smelled clean and not a wrinkle in sight! Horrible customer service! Dropped off my wedding dress and had to pay upfront. They said I can watch the progress through the link they sent. Well 2 months go by and it still says "In Progress". I give them a call and they said it got lost in the system and it's actually ready. My husband picks it up and they don't tell him that they couldn't clean it out. Once I check it at home I start wondering if they even tried cleaning it. Once I called them, they said they are sure they cleaned it and sometimes they "aren't able to clean it out". Yet, they haven't disclosed it when my husband picked it up. There's also a long piece of hair on the dress. Either it's mine and never got cleaned or the person that supposedly cleaned this dress. This is not my first time using this cleaners. However; it is the second time I have asked for a suit to be pressed, and it gets dry cleaned only. I took the suit to this cleaners three days ago. I received a text that it was ready the next day. I picked up the suit and took it home to wear. I removed the plastic covering and could not believe what I was seeing. When I dropped off the suit, I informed them that it was a brand new suit and I "only" wanted it pressed, not cleaned. I had purchased the suit 20 minutes earlier at Macys so it did not need to be cleaned. In hindsight, I should have removed the plastic at the store. I gave simple instructions so I did not believe it would be that difficult. The lady that accepted the garment typed notes as I explained that I did not want it cleaned. When I picked up the suit, the garment had a tag that indicated the suit had special treatment due to stains. There were no stains. The suit was brand new. I believe they confused my order with another order. Very disappointing. When I called the store to explain the issue, the woman who answered the phone told me it was nothing she could do for me. I was not calling for anything she could possibly do for me. I called to make the store aware of the error. It's nothing the store could do because I needed to wear the suit the same day and did not have time to take it back to the store. I will not return. This is the second time this has happened at this cleaners. The instructions in the computer are either not clear, or whoever serviced the garment does not understand basic instructions. read more

I give shirts and trousers in batches of 7 to 10 items. No one stands at the pick up counter and checks all the clothes. You don't wear all the clothes at once. You don't hang on to the receipts indefinitely. One of my 20 shirts had color marks on the collar. The Asian lady refused to re-do the shirt because I did not check it or retain the receipt. I would have to pay again. I took it back out it in the trash can and walked out. Disgusting and unprofessional. Never again will I visit this place. read more

So when I called twice to confirm that they would be open and could clean the jacket I needed the next day, there was no way to contact the business. While I completely understand the hardships facing businesses, individuals are likewise facing hardships. And driving from Roseville to Arden first thing on a Saturday morning to go to the only same-day dry cleaner in town, only to find that in fact they no longer offer that service, was a waste of my time and resources. Please, if you don't want upset customers, fix your phone line and update your listings so that people know the facts before they waste their time. I've been going here for years and had previously given them a 5 star. A week ago I dropped off my laundry and the girl told me how much and I paid. When I go back to pick up my stuff she's states "you owe $7" (when the total bill was already 35 something. I asked her why and she said "your card declined that portion" first of all anyone with 2 brain cells would know that credit cards don't just decline a portion and approve a portion in the same transaction. I asked are you sure you guys just forgot to charge me the right amount? She was persistent that it was my card. I told her I can show you my limit and transactions that it wasn't my card. She kept saying how she can pull up the camera to show me, not sure how a camera is gona show a fraction of the transaction being declined. Having worked in a financial institution for almost 2 decades I know she's full of %#^#. This is about the money or my card this is about the bysibsss owning up to their mistake. Had she simply said "we miscalculated" or "we didn't charge the right amount" I would've been fine and moved on. But the fact that she kept saying my card declined a portion of it got on my nerves. If you're going to hire some 19 year old kids train them well so they don't piss of your customers that been going there for almost a decade. She gave me the owners card and I emailed him to confirm what happened and he hasn't replied. It's in line with their cashier. I told you that single mark has been there for a while and hasn't caused any problems. You were fine with that. The tears I found on the pants were not preexisting. You failed to mention that your employees told me that I caused the tears, they did not. They called me a liar. They said you would call the next morning, you never called. So when I went to pick up my suit I did tell them I can't afford to let a suit be ruined because I was trying to get a real job, not a minimum wage job like theirs. I said that I can't just walk up to an interview in blue jeans and a polo shirt, I have to wear a suit and suits like mine are expensive. You are again lying or at minimum distorting the truth. Before picking up my suit I never threatened you or your business with my Yelp Elite status. When I arrived and spoke with you I stated that there are many negative reviews about your business and I am concerned. I stated that I want to give your business a chance because there were positive reviews and I do not know if the negative reviews are true or false. I stated I can't afford to be burning up $20 every time I get my suit cleaned and your rates were reasonable. You gave your word you would stand by your service. You failed. When I picked up my suit is when I stated I am a Yelp Elite and I walked sure the community hears from me about your low integrity and clothes damaging processes. I never tell businesses I'm a Yelp Elite until after business is done. I want an honest transaction, not one done with bias because I am "Yelp Elite." Lastly, this matter is "he said, she said." I failed to get your word in writing. I failed to get you to put in writing that my suit was in great, like new condition with the exception of one flaw on the pants. Because of those failures I would have a difficult case in front of a judge in small claims. I just hope that those who use Yelp read my review and the negative reviews of others and take their dry cleaning business elsewhere. Where there's smoke, there's fire. If you believe Yelp needs to "take a closer look at Yelp Elite" like myself who allegedly "intimidate" small businesses to get something for free, then report me to Yelp. I paid upfront for dry cleaning, However, if you use their wash/fold service, you have to pay cash and they don't give you a receipt. I am ok with that. Yesterday I went for the second time. Drycleaning was ok. When I went to pay for the service, the young lady said I did pay last time, which was untrue. I paid in cash and even got the change. I repeatedly told her that I paid last time (just $15) and she wouldn't agree. The young lady has no manners and is unfit to work. She is unfriendly and unhelpful. Repeatedly getting shirts back with holes in the left elbow. My boyfriend uses this cleaners to launder and press his dress shirts and dry clean his slacks. We have never had a problem with the dry cleaning of the pants, however one day three of his dress shirts came back with holes in the left elbow. We brought this to the attention of the management and we're given some credit towards cleaning services and told that they did not know why this happened and they would look into it. The next round of laundered shirts came back and two shirts had elbow holes. We will no longer be taking shirts to be laundered. All of the shirts were fairly new and purchased for the start of a new job four months ago. They had to be replaced. Then the owner had the audacity to say damage was the result of a manufacturer's defect and they are not responsible. When asked for the return of my buttons, he said they must have been lost in the machine. Then he refused to reimburse or compensate my loss for the damage he cause due to negligence on their part.
