    Clean, but no pattern.

My curtains were filthy where my dogs used to peak through. Now, $60 later, they are clean. However, they were treated so harshly that they shrunk, the writing on the tag is illegible (it used to say, "100% cotton. Dry clean only. No steam"), and the pattern magically disappeared. Not a word was said as I picked them up. I didn't realize the changes until I rehung them at home. I will never go here again.

They pressed over the collar stays, leaving permanent raised bars! Unbelievable.

We recently moved to the area and tried this place. The first time I had a few dresses cleaned, I thought the price--$15--was a bit high considering they were simple, one piece dresses. I chalked the high price up to the fact that they advertise their Eco-friendly cleaning. I just got three of my husband's shirts dry cleaned here, and I am APPALLED by the very low quality: -many deep wrinkles were pressed into the shirts -they left the collar stays in the collars and pressed over them! We now have permanent raised spots on his collars AND warped collar stays (see photos) -they wrote our (misspelled) name on the inside of all three shirts in PERMANENT pen...and you can see it from the front on two of them! We will never, ever be back, and I'll warn my friends against this joke of a dry cleaners!

This is there price list generally speaking it's put way up high and you need binoculars to read!

She did an EXCELLENT job, in a very short amount of time. Not only is she incredibly talented, she is wonderful to work with! I enjoyed the experience and I LOVE my dress! The high quality work and attention to detail is truly remarkable. During our initial phone call, she took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't rush me. She didn't pressure me to go with her, made me feel comfortable and said she would be able to fit me in just in time for my wedding. My first fitting was such a positive experience! She is incredibly bright and insanely talented. She is friendly and personable. When I went to the second fitting to pick up my dress, I was truly stunned. I have never used the word "snatched" before, but she made me look "snatched". I never wanted to take my gown off. She transformed it into a work of art. My mom needed help when steaming my dress on the day of my wedding, and I didn't know what to do. I gave her my phone and had her call Carole. Carole was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. I am so grateful for Carole! TLDR: Carole is absolutely AMAZING and will make you look and feel BEAUTIFUL on your wedding day. You will not be disappointed

She worked with my budget and listened to what I wanted and made something I didn't even know what was possible happen. Her studio is very clean and gorgeous. She guided me on how to travel to Mexico with my dress and gave me the confidence to do so. I am so over the moon that I was able to wear my mom's dress for my mom and the rest of my family in Mexico. My mother could not be in the states for my civil ceremony, but with her dress she was as close to my heart as possible. Thank you again Carole.

My wedding dress boutique did not offer in-house alterations, but I was provided a list of…read morepreferred vendors. After multiple attempts at communicating with those preferred vendors, there was 1 viable choice, but it was overpriced for what I needed and she ended up leaving me hanging on appointment availability anyway. Once that happened I took it upon myself to go on Yelp and find alternative solutions. Out of the next 2-3 choices I ventured out to, Nadia was the one I opted for because she was straight forward and was the only one who offered me 2 different bustle options - American (over) bustle or ballroom (under bustle). As a bonus, she was also 1/3 of the price of the wedding dress boutique's preferred vendor! Communications were all through Yelp messaging - clear cut for scheduling. Make sure for your fittings you always bring the shoes you'll be wearing for an accurate hem, etc. I opted for the ballroom bustle and Nadia numbered the attachments. During a subsequent fitting I had the MOB and MOH accompany me so they knew what to expect for doing the bustle on the day of the wedding. Forms of payment accepted are cash, card, and money sharing apps - I opted for Zelle.

Before coming in, I called to make sure they had experience sewing patches on a military uniform…read more They said yes, that they did it all the time. My husband brought in his uniform, patches, and printed out the specific instructions for them to use. I go to pick his uniforms up a few days later and my husband tells me that it's been done wrong. They sewed his name patch ON the pocket flap when the instructions specified that it belongs ABOVE the pocket flap. No branch of the military has the name patch sewn on the actual flap which led me to believe that they in fact did not have experience with military uniforms. They also cut the name patch incorrectly so it's no longer usable. We had to order new ones which cost $20, and they were back ordered. Great. We ended up getting a partial refund from the business, but were not reimbursed for the name patches. I'm sure this business does well with dresses and suits, but I'd probably go somewhere else for military uniforms, especially when you brought in a physical copy of instructions on where the patches go, that they didn't even look at.
