I hired this company for a move-out deep clean of my 450 sq. ft. studio, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. They were scheduled to arrive between 9-10am, but by 10.30am I still hadn't heard from them. After calling multiple times, I finally got a response an hour later, and they told me they had a flat tire and would arrive by 1pm. They did show up just after 1pm, but then, less than an hour later, they called to say they were finished. When I checked the apartment, it was clear the place was far from clean. There were multiple areas that had been missed or barely touched. There was dog hair all over the baseboards (like they had just been smeared around with a dirty rag), the blinds never got cleaned at all, there was still food platters on the kitchen cabinets and backsplash, and there was still mold in the shower. When I pointed this out to Manuel, he had an attitude and stated these were 'wear and tear' areas that wouldn't clean. When I insisted I could clean the bathroom better he asked one of the staff to go reclean the bathroom and she went into the bathroom and slammed the door and locked it--completely unprofessional. In the end, I paid $166 instead of $180 (a 10% discount for them being hours late), but it still felt like a waste of money because I ended up redoing most of the cleaning myself. This is rental property that I was listing for sale so I had stagers that were set to come right after (which I stated when I booked). Their timeline was pushed super late due to the unreliability of this cleaning company. If you're looking for reliable, professional service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

I booked Spotless Cleaners for a deep clean of my uncle's house. It had been about two years since it had been professionally cleaned. I told them it was about 4,000 sqft. They quoted 420 dollars, and they would clean everything. They arrived 15 minutes late and only had two cleaners. I knew they could not do the whole house in the 4-5 hours that was expected. I only have them clean the main areas far less than 4,000 sqft. Around 4 hours, I reached out but got no response. Therefore, we came home. They were far from done! It took about 5.5 hours, and they did not complete everything. The cabinets were not cleaned off, the counter and tables were not wiped down, the curtains and blinds weren't dusted, the walls where I had pointed out weren't washed, and the doors were not wiped. They worked hard, but they needed help and more time. We paid them the total amount and gave them a tip, but I wouldn't book them again. read more

This is my first time ever getting a cleaning service done and I was impressed. They arrived ten minutes earlier to get a head start and a pre-cleaning walk through. Manuel was very kind and was responsive whenever I had a question or concern. The pre-cleaning walk, helped so that Manuel could point out the areas that needed to be cleaned more thoroughly to his team members. The service was phenomenal especially our walk in shower has never looked better! They left a cute tissue bow tie by my night stand, made the bed and made our bed with the cleaned washed sheets. In our townhome we have sectional couches that need to be de-attached to move and clean underneath. Manuel and his team members stayed behind overtime to help me vacuum the carpet rug and underneath the sectional couches. They were heavy, and I really appreciate them doing that! The only place that hasn't been vacuum was the floor in our pantry closet in the kitchen.
