I'm very loyal to small businesses & I called Carlos a week ago & asked him when he could come out to steam clean a sofa & area rug.. OMG! Lesson- don't let one bad experience hold you back! I bought brand new carpet for my Airbnb rental apt about 4 years ago. When I was ready for my cleaning I called some company I found on a Deal site, and they did an OK job but left the carpets soaking and apparently it caused damaged to some of my floor boards and actually made dirt rise. Of course at the time I didn't put the two together as it was progressive over time, but I started to give up, and buy area rugs to try to cover up my now very ugly dirty looking carpets. Feeling frustrated like I was going to have to replace the entire apartment again, and on top of it getting comments from guests about the floors looking bad I needed to take action! Rather than jump straight into $4000 for all new carpet I thought, let me look on my trusty Yelp and see what comes up, must be at least worth a try??? My second call was to Spotless, and Carlos the owner answered the phone right away and was very nice and easy to talk with. I told him my problem and he said no problem, I can help you. Sounded good to me!!! He was able to fit me in within a few days. Unfortunately something came up and I had to reschedule, but he was so understanding and no problem, we found a time a few days later. I wasn't sure exactly how much it was or how long it would take, so I moved as much of the smaller things and small furniture into the rooms with wood floors before they came. It was Carlos himself, and his nephew who showed up, on time or maybe even a little early. I showed him around and he said no problem I will make it look great. The furniture I couldn't move he simply lifted and put on foam pieces for the carpet to set properly. I went downstairs to my apartment while they did their magic and came up to a huge surprise! They got dirt out I truly didn't think could come out. They showed me the filthy water before dumping it so I could see what they pulled up fro my carpets. Unlike the last guys their machines pull most all of the water out, and when they left they were practically dry already! Of course I was apprehensive after the last company, so stayed off it for a full 2 days. It was really remarkable how clean they got the carpet! Seriously if you have some stains you aren't confident about at least have them take a look, you may be pleasantly surprised like me((: They were quick and professional, very kind, and I will definitely use them in the future!
