He can work wonders. This past month my Sienna van was rear ended, and I had some serious dings and dents in the rear hatch door. Having to fight with staff just to receive a sub-par 'apology' wash isn't worth the headache. This business needs a serious overhaul in both training and customer service. Don't waste your money or your time at Matt and Jeff's.
