I have a 2017 Chevy Bolt ,The light has been on my dashboard, letting me know something is not right with my tires . First I went to the dealer, I was told that the tires needed new sensors, that they would charge me $1,200 to do all tires . I then asked for an estimate at two other tire stores ending up at Dimond ties. They gave me an appointment the following day with the best quote of $350 to rotate the ties and replace the sensors . They rotated the tires and came back and told me that there was nothing wrong with the sensors, that the reason the service light was on was because the from tires needed air . They charged me $30.00 ! That is a company with integrity. I will be a loyal customer . This is what we all need ,a company we can trust . I was quite prepared to pay the $350 And would not have know any difference. read more

I was here for the second time in five years. Both times it was to install tires from Tire Rack. Both times went super smoothly. It's not the fanciest place, but they're easy to work with and they're fast. Last but not least, the price I paid for installation was exactly what I paid five years ago - that was a big surprise. read more

They let me know I had approximately 2K tread left and gave a printed quote. Which was a great price when searching the tires online. Seems like it was time for my annual flat tire fix when the dashboard tell tale came on. Sure enough, a big nail (?) was in the left rear tire, and I was on the road ... literally out of state. Ugh. Was coming home the next day when I called and arranged an afternoon appointment the next day. Long story short, 46 minutes later and I was back on the road. And it was a screw! I found this business online and decided to stop by to see if they could look at my tires. The gentleman immediately brought my car into the garage and checked each tire's pressure. Best Tire Place Ever Diamond Tire Center in San Rafael I called on a Friday and they were able to make an appointment for me Monday morning. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. Today when I dropped off my car Ryan assisted me and when I asked him how long he estimated my car being ready he replied by saying 30 minutes. I was shocked did I hear him correctly. I have been used to having to drop off my car for new tires and wait 3-6 hours at other shops. Found out about this place years back while getting an oil change (when penzoil was still in Marin). A random man with a lab named Cooper said he named it after the owner and referred me to go to Diamond tires when the penzoil guys said I needed tires. One of my best referrals and I haven't gone anywhere since that day almost 5 years ago to get tires. At that time I was struggling financially and the nice guys there worked with me and didn't make me feel any which way when I had a non profit call and pay for the tires I needed for a safe car. Since then they have continued to be sweet (also side note: them boys are cute there) and helpful offering services sometimes on my budget . They tell me the truth and teach me what I really need for my vehicle and how alignment works and all that jazz. I won't go anywhere else and haven't.
