They will let you know if you're requirements can't be met before you let them do any work. If you want the cheapest material and don't care for quality, go elsewhere. UPDATE: I brought a pair of worn and stained suede shoe for repair and he was able to make the color of my shoes all uniform and removed all the dark spots and stains. It's amazing! It now worth my attention to maintain going forward. Even though it took 4 days, it's well worth the time, his skill and his attention to detail. Very reliable and great service. I have started using them for work related work which they are more suited for as they are a dry cleaning plant more than a store. Again their work has been exceptional and they have their trucks that will pick up and deliver when the volume of business warrants it. The price was also very reasonable! $60 for hemming a multi layered gown and taking in the shoulders (and he even pressed it for me as a complimentary service).
