I've been able to find a few classes that I enjoy that fit with my schedule. I started at this studio when I first began my yoga practice. The beginner class (really, beginner plus) with Rachel on Wednesdays is the class I started with and is a fav of mine across all studios I've frequented. They were able to guide and help me manage my pain, stress and sleep schedule. It's truly been a transformation both mentally and physically.
