We verbally agreed and shook hands that they'd take and inventory the items to help us get rid of. But then I never got a follow up call to schedule that pickup, nor did I get any response to two follow up calls I left. If our items weren't worth their time, that is fine, but I'd prefer they had just said so.

I bought one piece of furniture and promised myself not to go out my the way to go their sales. Today, my relatives asked me to bring them to the sale in Dover. We observed a bunch of people coming down the driveway empty handed as we were going up the driveway. Prices were skyrocteting on their last day and 1.30 hours before closing. For example, a microwave marked $50, final price: 40.00 firm. Other items would be slightly discounted depending on how many things you bought. We ended up leaving empty handed too. The major reason was customer service. Staff was irritable, followed you all over and I was scolded for not knowing that a set of queen sheets would not be mine unless I bought bedspread, pillow covers, etc. Where was that explicit? The woman said "excuse me! you need to buy everything or nothing" No, because the sheets were okay, the rest was ugly!. Your sales could be better, have less merchandise left over if you make people feel welcomed to your sales, be reasonable with your "used" merchandise for sale as other Estate Sales owners do. I am not planning on wasting my time going to your sales unless I hear that there is significan improvement, a comfort level and welcoming environment for me to do business with you. Thanks

In thos lot was an amber necklace a first natio. Sterling silver large piece lot of random jewellery and I a couple of galss vases . My invoice was under $100 but the retail value and rarity of some pieces was priceless. When my credit card on file had expired so the night before ai attempted to add the new card to pay. It kept asking me for a code as I entered the code they sent it would not let me proceed. I attempted maybe 15 times until I gave up The next morning around 10:30 daily of pick up i tried again and eve went well I was able to make payment anf finalize my purchase. In the afternoon we drove one hournto the pick up location. When I arrived I was told my items were gone. I was confused and asked what do you mean gone? Well they told me maxsold called then and said I didn't napy and give my items away for free to whomever wanted.so someone took my jewellery lot for free and I was stunned as how something like this could happen. I called in and the conversation didn't go well . In the middle I was told they were going to hang up on me. After much back and forth therly offered to refund my total payment and that was that. I lost the items I had won in auction. I was so upset I cried . Those items were special and I was looking forward to aquire them . Although material things are material things at the end of the day it was the failier on their end that is unnuceptable and so unprofessional. By the way I sent an email the night I was trying to make payment. Anyways beware

If you are looking for a general contractor service that is smart, responsive, and respectful, look…read moreno further. When we contacted TNTS with our project, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sally, who was extremely kind and polite. She was able to schedule a consultation that day!!!! I was very excited that they had the time to see my property so quickly. Leslie worked with us as the general contractor, and she was so kind and considerate. My wife and I felt so comfortable speaking with her about the project, and she was comfortable as well. It was very easy to tell her what we wanted to do and why we wanted to do it, and she was very receptive and thorough. Once I received the quote, though, my jaw dropped.....The price was considerably less than I had expected!!!! I thought this would have easily been a $10k job, but to do it all for $5800, I thought there was a mistake. And to add even more thrill to the whole scenario, they were able to start work THE WEEK AFTER our estimate was made!!! I have worked with general contractors before and I have never had an experience like this, in a positive way! When the work started, the contractors that were sent to our site worked fast however very professional. They did all the work to code and they cleaned up afterwards. Ron, the carpenter that had worked with us during the replacement of the columns and the stairs, was very friendly and easy to work with. He had even made some suggestions that had saved us some money, which we were able to shift to rebuilding the stairs at the bulkhead (which wasn't part of the contract, but they were happy to do it!). Chuck had been the contractor that installed our ceiling vent, and God bless him! He did a great job, even though the heat had been brutal in the attic initially. The project was divided into 2 days because he didn't have a ladder long enough available at the time to access the vent in the exterior of the house, but they got that turned around very quickly as well. Through the whole project, any concern I had I brought up with Leslie and she was very professional and reactive. This company works to please their customers, and not condescend or cut corners to pad their pockets. Believe it or not, even when it came time to request payments when scheduled, they were extremely kind and respectful. My experience with TNTS had been so positive, and the work had been done so professionally and cost-effectively, that my wife and I decided not to sell the home as intended. Once we found a great contractor, and started to customize the house to our liking, we realized that it's a great place to stay. It's a great feeling to know that we have a contractor on our side to help us with home renovations, because we will be using them again, and again, and again!!! Thank you TNTS!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Top Notch Transitional Services. My parents have been hoarders…read morefor many years and had managed to fill up their entire 2 story house with their collections. At this point, the house was in an unlivable state, with very little area to even walk or sit and the air quality was very bad. When my Father was hospitalized, the situation came to a head because he was not going to be allowed to go back to the messy house. This left us with a situation in which we had to clean out the house, and very quickly. Due to the size and scope of the problem, we knew this was not something we could handle on our own and we were going to need professional help. After exploring many options, we finally settled on Top Notch. They explained a process where they sort and organize all the items while working with the client to make sure they are not overwhelmed by the process. At the beginning, it was very difficult on my Mom, however, they assigned a wonderful project lead, who was not only capable, but also very personable and friendly. Together, she and my Mom were able to develop strategies for cleaning out the house. Brandon, the owner, was always very responsive and he seemed genuinely concerned about doing things the "right way", even it would take his team more time. The whole process took about 3 and a half weeks. Brandon and his team delivered what was promised and the price we paid was the price which was quoted to us at the start. We were amazed at the results. It has truly been a life changing transition for the entire family and we could not have done this without the help of Top Notch.
