He took the time to create a custom menu specifically for our event and was so accommodating throughout the entire process. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with, which made everything feel seamless. They went above and beyond and stayed throughout the event to make sure the food was restocked and sheets looked presentable. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests loved it, and we received so many compliments throughout the weekend. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully done.
