The owner/manager and their inspector worked together to present some options and I was privileged to observe as the inspector drew up a workable plan. They made certain my questions were answered in the progress, and there was no pressure to add unnecessary features. Once the plan was approved, the contractors moved forward quickly to solve my issues and complete this project. I did not have to wait for a far distant date to get started. SRI also made certain that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Now our apartment is not only more comfortable but it is also more energy efficient. From the arrival of their spotless Company Vans to the completion of this job, SRI ENERGY left everything clean and in order. It was a pleasure to work with such polite and professional contractors. I highly recommend SRI ENERGY for your needs, great or small!

We purchased an older home and contracted SRI to help us make the home more energy efficient. The people were initially nice, but the "upgrades" could NOT have gone worse. I have honestly never had a customer service or repair experience go so, so wrong. Our home was worse after they "fixed" things, and we had to pay for that privilege. - We installed new windows. They measured wrong. Tried to cover it up and pretend there wasn't a GIANT gap around the window - even after my husband pointed it out. - Then they measured the windows wrong AGAIN. This time, they damaged our original woodwork trying to slam in windows that didn't fit - despite the fact that I pointed out the damage when it would have been fixable. Again, they just carried on the poor work. - They installed caps over our recessed lights to allow insulating around them. This was NOT permitted by the type of light. Obviously, the electrician they subcontracted was not qualified as he did not install the caps according to code. It caused a fire hazard, and caused several lights to malfunction. Then in the process of replacing the lights they essentially broke - they damaged the drywall on our ceiling. Chunks are now hanging around several recessed light fixture. Every problem they "fixed" caused another problem or 2. Eventually we realized that they were incapable of doing decent quality work and just cut our losses. Our ceiling is a mess and we're out 2 grand. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

The technician was professional and courteous. The issue was not the work itself, but the lack of transparency and the lack of response afterward. I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor and whether there were any alternative options or pricing tiers. None were available, and no one could explain the pricing beyond "that's just what it is." The $3,100 charge for a water heater felt high, especially given that I was told there was only one option and no flexibility. I later received a call from the plumbing manager explaining that the higher cost was due to an extended warranty and the use of brass parts, which I appreciated. However, I still never received a clear breakdown or the ability to compare options. I followed up multiple times with management and ownership to share feedback and ask for clarification and never received a response. That lack of engagement is what ultimately led me to post this review. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect: the work itself may be fine, but if you have questions about cost, want to understand what you're paying for, or hope for engagement when concerns are raised, you may not get it. I'll be going elsewhere for plumbing work in the future. The photo attached is of a part that was left in my driveway -- not a major issue by itself, but it added to the overall impression of a rushed and impersonal experience.
