My honest opinion- I hate waterparks. Period. But for the sake of my kids, I decided to come here…read moreand rented their skybox suite thinking it'll be nice to have a little privacy.. Park is only opened for certain hours of the day. If you show up as soon as they open, you'll wait in a huge line waiting to get in. Those who reserved skyboxes check in and wait for a staff member to bring you to the skybox, which gets complicated because they're stopped every couple of feet to get asked questions by other people. Idk if it's cuz we went in the middle of a heatwave, but our skybox was HOT AF. I mean no AC and the heat from the pool + the glass windows, it was a total greenhouse effect. You're sweating the minute you walk in, your kids are hot, youre hot- you can imagine the frustration building up to dropping your things off and going straight to the water. We immediately hit the wave pool and with a one year old, the skybox isn't the best when they need to nap and you don't have anything to keep them comfortable, other than the wagon we came with. The waterpark itself was surprisingly clean. I was expecting the strong chlorine smell but shockingly, there wasn't any. A LOT of people but didn't feel like I was crowded over unless you're in the lazy river. We stayed the whole day but I went out with my 1 year old so we can get some AC and air. I would keep in mind that if you're getting the skybox suite, this would be best in the fall/winter time. The skybox was clean-ish but I know it's anything but. They have cushioned furniture and who knows how often that gets cleaned, our soap dispenser wasn't working, and our fridge just water and a few cans of ginger ale. You can request to have it refilled but we really weren't trying to stay In the room for long. I would come back but only for a special occasion. Definitely bring water shoes cuz you can bust your ass on the floor here. Water shoes and towels are available for purchase but def bring your own to save money.

During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind and helpful about the park…read morein general. I'm glad about eating beforehand considering going to a mall in general. Even so, being in the immediate vicinity of food, after a decent amount of attractions, I decide to grab a bite before continuing on more. The Turkey Wrap seems only available with a flour tortilla. I'm glad about asking for black pepper to add--though extremely light of flavor--because it adds flavor to the meal of which the onion tastes strongest. The turkey slice, maybe two slices, are not thin though not overly thick, and I wonder about the actual serving size to protein ration in the wrap. Aside from food, the water park is fun, and is like an attraction of many attractions considering the broader extent of the mall. It is possible to go on every ride once within a six to eight hour span of time though this detail may differ depending how busy the park may be. I really enjoy the attractions. There are a lot of seating options available with different settings for different purposes. Why not put the locker band machine on the other wall where people seem to enter the bathrooms from the locker hall area first? The showers have soap dispensers in them and warm water. I think it is way better to buy a ticket in advance (a couple of days or more before attending). If planning to be at the park at least three peak times in a period of time, particularly in a year, just buy the annual or seasonal pass.

When we arrived, everything was up and running as if it were daytime. All the games, rides and attractions were in service. I rode Go Karts for the first time in yearrrs and I actually came in first place. Me! That was dope. The BIG FUN though was all the water rides. Lazy River, pool tubing and the main pool were all open and full of people ready for a great time. We were treated to a DJ who understood the crowd assignment and shoutout to the most wonderful staff. All employees on this night were in a great mood and they gave party vibes too. The promoters didn't over sell this event, so crowds and lines weren't a problem at all. I had such a blast that I wasn't even mad about getting my phone wet. I'm looking forward to going back to The Funplex for another After Dark night out. I thought they were gonna shortchange us but that didn't happen. We were given the whole experience. Good stuff!

We went on a weekday during spring break. We came for a 7 year old friend's birthday. My daughter and the birthday girl had a blast playing all the things. One of the girls is under 48" so that limited the rides available to her. Some things such as the go karts need an accompanying adult. It's adults did not get the passes for ourselves so they weren't about to do the go karts. Just something to keep in mind when planning ahead. Overall cute experience for being local.

Their waterpark is only open from 11 AM to 7 PM when basically every other waterpark that I've ever been to is open at least 12 hours a day. When the waterpark is closed, there is nothing else available in this place. Food is almost impossible to come by and if you do, you will wait an incredibly long time. The waterpark is small and crowded. Almost all the restaurants are closed until five if they open at all. Our room which was over $400 a night was not what I expected in the bathroom looked like something that you would see in a prison with the drain in the middle of the floor of the bathroom no designated shower or bath area it's just a shower curtain which had molded all over the bottom of it, over a tile floor. Our garbage had someone else else's tissues in it and our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty. This made me wonder what we waited till 5 o'clock for because checkout is at 11 and check-in is at four. That's five hours for their staff to clean the rooms. I think that that is enough time if you were properly staffed which they are far from. It was the worst resort waterpark I've ever seen or been to. The manager, sabrina is elusive. I asked for her when Daniel was at the front desk when we were trying to figure out when our room was going to be ready and he couldn't find her and then the next morning I called down and got Sabrina on the phone, but she put me on hold for forcing me to go downstairs and then wait for her yet again. This place is so poorly managed. The only good thing I can say is that the employees were nice. And I think that that says a lot because they're constantly hearing how horrible this place is and they all know it. This was also the most expensive waterpark we've ever been to. Please save your money. This place is an absolute rip off, and you will be sadly disappointed.

A very cool old-school retro feel, like America and apple pie days of the past. The park's grounds are well maintained. As some mentioned there were rides which were not open but hopefully this summer all will be operational as it's a nice day trip to have some fun. It's a very family friendly place and good for the kiddies. Food is available but it's basically carnival eats - pizza, hot dogs, burgers, ice cream, fries, chicken fingers - which is as expected. You come here to enjoy not worry about your diet. Hopefully the new ownership who took it over will have everything up and running this season.
