We have had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I will not get into every last detail but I would try to avoid them. I'm not sure how they have any positive reviews. The job at my house was simple enough, seal the attic so no air can get in or out. They only sealed an estimated 75% in my opinion. I have drafts and feel a breeze in my attic after being sprayed. Fast forward a couple months to now, the foam is shrinking and pealing away from the edges. I had an insulation inspection company come to my house who said most of the insulation needs to be ripped out and sprayed AGAIN. **Long but PLEASE read before hiring!!** I hired this company based off reviews my fiancé and myself found online. Their price seemed reasonable for a "one day job". On the day of service I was told workers would be here by 8am so I of course planned my day around that. I was then advised they had another job to finish before coming to me. I understood and was told they would be at my house by 12:00. I wound up calling at 12 since I hadn't heard anything and was told they were leaving the job now and we're on their way. Fast forward an hour later, they finally showed up. I walked through each area that was being sprayed (with the gentleman who gave estimate along with the workers). I was told this was all very easy and will be done in 3 hours. We were spraying the entire basement, garage, and crawl spaces. Around 3:30 I was called and notified they were "done for today and will be back on Monday since they only had the garage left to do" this took my by surprise since I was told this would only take a day. When I arrived home I found nothing but a mess in my basement (water valves sprayed shut,excess spray foam all over the floor/uneven spray foam/areas not sealed) along with unfinished crawl spaces and an untouched garage. Not to mention the enormous trailer left on the street in front of our house ALL WEEKEND blocking the very narrow street leading to cops knocking at my door to ticket the trailer since garbage trucks and school buses could no longer fit down the block. Once my fiancé came home he realized areas that should have been closed cell were sprayed with open cell. The sprayer explained he used whatever was left in the gun from the last job so "it wasn't wasted". He also mentioned the walls were so uneven because the walls should have been studded first which is infuriating since the man who gave the estimate told us NOT to frame before the spray.(days later we were told we were incorrectly informed and we should have framed first. TOO LATE!!) After being ignored all weekend we received a call that the workers were on their way at 7am on Monday. I asked to speak to the owner. Eventually we spoke to Jake who seemed like he understood our frustration. We were advised that "the sprayers were fired" which did nothing for us but make us feel bad. We were told his "best guys" would be coming to remove all the open cell and replace with closed, even out the walls, and complete this job. Ultimately each time this company came to our house they left without something being completed and other things a mess (stained carpets,spray foam EVERYWHERE, and residue covering door handles etc.). By the fourth day of work we had enough. Crawl spaces still were not sealed and we were tired of explaining what needed to be done. Jake was very defensive and rude and told us "take off 10% since he personally went over the job and it's complete" which we refused since we STILL had open cell which is significantly cheaper than closed cell. Ultimately he took off 25% which I still think is absurd but I couldn't argue with this man anymore. Since this job took much longer than expected we have been stuck having to pay boarding for our dog each day, along with delaying our contractors to start new projects. I am disgusted at the way this company handled business. I have never experienced anything like this ever before. I'm sorry this was long and believe it or not this isn't even everything I'd love to say. Best advice if you do use this company make sure you check all their work. After couple of days he asked me if I can help him with the research and I found Jake, Jake came to estimate the cost and was very informative and clear. I worked with Asaf on having foam insulation blown into my crawl space underneath the house. Asaf arrived on time to give me the initial estimate and he made me feel very comfortable. Their pricing was noticeably lower than the competition and quite honestly decided to go with the company because Asaf really sold me. The actual work had a tremendous amount of obstacles that included failing equipment on 2 separate occasions. It took 4 visits to complete the 3-4 hour job. That was frustrating but in all honesty it was not the fault of the guys on site. Things break. The communication and understanding of MY frustration from the owner should have been better, which is why I deduct a star. Bottom line is it was a very frustrating job, that in the end was completed quickly and efficiently once the machines were finally working. The quality looks to be solid and I can tell you the difference made on the floors of my home are night and day. It's extra money but save up and get foam and skip the fiberglass when you're insulating outdoors. Asaf was the highlight of the operation and the guys who came and tried 3 times to finish the job and couldn't (Baker and Ty) were just as friendly.
