    I bought two tires from this location in 2023. I purchased the only tires they had available in the…read moresize required for my vehicle. I paid extra for the road hazard warranty. About a year and a half later a bubble appeared on the driver front tire. I went to another Firestone and had it replaced. For $70. About 6-8 months later bubble number two appeared on the other tire. I went in and asked for consideration since now both tires that I originally purchased have gotten bubbles in the side wall. The young man at the counter tried to convince me that it was my car that caused the bubble (wrong) and that bubbles are very common, (I've had 3 including the two on tires they sold me) then took a dig at the brand (suredrive) that THEY SOLD ME. I'm certain he tried this sort of foolery because I'm a woman. So gross. Add to that when I requested what sort of pricing they'd be offering me he refused stating he was unable to until I scheduled for later in the week and dropped it off. Not only was he rude, but a liar and for some odd reason snobbish. Don't waste your time or money and DEFINITELY don't buy any additional

He was very understanding and gave me a deal I couldn't pass up for an oil change (regular oil)..... Husband called Conrad's Rocky River on 4/23 and made appt. for oil change and tire rotation. Went for service appt. on 4/24. Person at front desk could not find name in the system (We have been taking car to Conrad's for years AND purchased the tires from Conrad's) Then he finally found our name and actually complained rudely and said it was our fault he couldn't find name because we used our land line number! Then he printed out the service required for acceptance. We questioned the price...he said it was higher because of synthetic oil. Told him car does not need synthetic, regular oil is listed in maintenance manual. He said LEXUS informed Conrad's to use synthetic, Our the last oil change with my maint. service was at LEXUS and they used regular oil. He said he would have to look at oil cap,we agreed and then he said he didn't want to pull the car in and look at oil cap. We said we would take my car elsewhere and he said fine! UNFORTUNATELY CONRADS OWES US FREE TIRE ROTATION. I emailed corporate...no acknowledgement. I posted on Facebook and the agent asked ME to call HER!

    So, here it is. I like Conrad's in general. However, my experience today has put and end to service…read moreon my car at the Rocky River location in anyway going forward. Here's my experience. On Tuesday, I made an appointment in the morning for an appointment on Thursday at 4:30 pm. I was to wait for my car to be serviced. There's a warning online that says, "Please Note: Shop volume and service requirements may impact wait times. While waiting appointments are prioritized, wait times cannot be guaranteed. If you have questions, please contact the store for additional details." I did not care how long I would have to wait for the service to be completed, so I had no questions, I just needed it completed today on Thursday because I was leaving for Chicago and other cities on Friday morning. I arrived at the shop at 4:25, waited for about five minutes for somebody to come in from out in the shop area, his name was Jacob. As I informed Jacob that I had set an appointment online and I was here to get the work completed on my car, which was merely a tire rotation, and ensuring that the tires were balanced because at higher rates of speed I could feel a vibration, he informed me that because I made my appointment online, service wasn't guaranteed and that I would be waiting until tomorrow morning for them to service my vehicle because they had just taken in three other vehicles. Nowhere in their disclosure online does it say anything about delaying my car to the next business day. Not checking your scheduling program is not a me problem - that is a Conrad's problem. They also did not give me a call to let me know that they weren't going to be able to service my car the same day. As a matter of fact, he looked surprised when he walked in from the shop and saw me standing at the counter. Lo and behold, he did not know I had made an online appointment 2 days ago. Not only am I upset by Jacob's response of telling me that my car wasn't going to be looked at today. I'm upset because of the smug attitude he had about it. An attitude of I just don't care. An attitude of what do you want me to do about it. It used to be, especially at this Conrads, where I've gone to for my last three sets of tires if not more, the service was impeccable. They cared about the customers. I would tell you after this experience, Jacob doesn't care about the customer. Jacob doesn't care about the client experience. And quite honestly Jacob doesn't seem to care about much more than Jacob. It is my belief that shouldn't be employed by Conrad's. As an employee, he is a poor representation of what the Conrad's brand I have always known them to be. As "one of the managers" he is horrific. I'm saddened, but now, going forward, I will no longer be a customer of Conrads and will only use them for the warranty they owe me on the tires I have purchased there.

    Got my tire patched here on a really last minute basis- they squeezed me in right before the…read moreholiday and had it done within 12 hours. I will say i felt like a bother. As a single woman who live alone with one car i was panicked being without and they said it would be done that day (which it was) but by 5 pm i heard nothing when i called to reach out with questions i was give an attitude which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. They said they were behind and would let me know. It was done right before they closed for the night and was a good value ($40) for a tire patch but again couldn't shake the rude customer service i received. Giving 3 stars based on fitting me in and the price. Would be back just in hopes that the service i received was due to holiday stress and nothing against me!

    This was the most deceptive and scam-like experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop…read more Here is what happened: I needed a brake job on my rear brakes, including brake pads, rotors, and a caliper. I called on Saturday to get a price estimate and clearly mentioned the exact trim of my car. I was quoted a price between $750-$850. In hindsight, this price appears to have simply been a hook to get the business. After I had my car towed to the shop and dropped the keys in the drop box, I was contacted the next day and told that the original quote had been given by a "sub." Suddenly, the price for the exact same job jumped to $1,350. I do not mind paying a fair price for quality work, but I do mind deceptive business practices. I was told the person who gave the original quote would be fired, which honestly sounded like another excuse rather than a real explanation. At this point, I was already exhausted dealing with the situation and did not have the energy to arrange another tow and move the car to a different shop. Based on my experience, I would avoid this shop unless you are comfortable dealing with misleading estimates, significantly inflated prices, and an extremely condescending shop owner.
