Absolutely arrogant staff members! I have frequented this location for years as I've liked their…read moreplants. But today's staff interaction was the worst. Because of the snotty talkback by two girls here I put back my $200 worth of plants and walked out. I'll be finding another greenhouse to frequent. The vegetables were not well marked and I got to the register and when they rang up at a higher price I questioned it. I was told all of those 4" plants are a different price than what is posted all around the rest of the area. Apparently some plants do not have a flat price but EVERYTHING else in the area does! Also the price difference was only on sticks inside of the flats and concealed. All other isles have well marked LARGE signs with individual and flat prices that say "All Vegetables". I tried to explain to the girl that this was confusing to the customer how it's laid out and got told in a very snobby way "if you say so sir" along with a cheeky forced smile with gritted teeth. Bottom line management you need to correct the attitude of some of your staff and please clearly mark sections if there is a difference from all the other rows. I don't know maybe a Big Sign at each end of the isle that says "all vegetables in this row are X price".

One star removed for their obnoxious request for my phone number in order to be able to return something or God's knows what for. I fought this intrusion on my privacy years ago when they started doing this, now I surrender and give the number but I sure do hate it! Also, their stupid slip of paper for a discount is a waste of their time and mine as there are too many restrictions to save the sliver of paper. Come back several weeks later, make sure the item isn't on sale already, blah, blah, blah - I used to bother to save these coupons but now I just toss them aside. The prices are high and these 2 things really bother me but the location and selection are very nice.

I slammed on my brakes, and went in to check it out. Holy guacamole! Their hanging baskets are regularly $14.99 each, or $12.99 each when you buy 3, so 50% off made them $7.50 or $6.50 each! No joke. I ended up spending $90 and almost couldn't fit all the plants in my car. I thought I had plenty, then I was driving up Ryan 3 days ago, July 8, and saw a sign for 75% off. You have got to be kidding me?! Screetch!!!!! Pulling over again. This time I only spent $60, and again had a time getting it all into my car. This place is awesome!!!!!!!!!

They used to be off of Woodward in Bloomfield Hills and now they are off of Orchard Lake Road in a super cute building. They did the flowers for my wedding and I could not be happier. Everyone commented how gorgeous and unique my bouquet was. The shop went out of their way to order flowers that were out of season. I had succulents, roses, fern curls (fiddlehead), ranunculus, anemones, dusty miller and more! The boys had succulents and the fern curls. The women in my family had corsages. She even made arraignments for the empty chairs of our deceased loved ones. My bouquet was delivered to my room at the Inn on Ferry Street and the rest was delivered to the historical museum. I cannot wait to see my pictures and post them. It was hard planning a wedding in Michigan from Arizona, but from the work I have seen from Just Add Water, I had full faith...she even offered to help set up the wedding. I would love to see a wedding that the owner plans, it would be amazing!!! I have seen pictures of the Christmas trees she sets up in people's homes and they are decadent! She even made my friends family a dog made out of flowers! The shop is a little piece of heaven with the aroma of flowers filling the air and Hour Detroit Best Of awards adoring the wall. We're on our way to Troy corewell to welcome another grandchild into our brood, when the notion of daisies occurs to us. It is the flower of the month. We give this young man a dollar amount and a baby bear ceramic and in ten minutes he presents us with a masterpiece. The store was so nice. The different fragrances from all the flowers. The huge selection of gift items to choose from. He could've took longer and we wouldn't have complained. We were so pleased that we tried to give him another $20 for a tip and he refused it! "Go spoil your granddaughter with it !!!" Mrs. E. cried (it's been a stressful week). What I am going to do is purchase all of my floral needs at this location. Picked out a nice plant that could grow and sprawl over time. They have a little greenhouse and it's filled with wonderful little live plants. The plants and flowers are reasonably priced. I have this awesome sprawling plant in the back greenhouse they've grown for five years. It's huge and gorgeous.
