She advised that I check out their website for some ideas and to my surprise -- there were beautiful arrangements displayed for just about every occasion. So much to choose from -- and all were so creative, elegant, and yet depicted specific personalities catered for various people and celebrations. I picked a specific one and prior to ordering, I confirmed which flowers were in season (or not). The nice florist shared that she would put together what I wanted and get as close to it as possible given what she had in the shop. I told her I wanted the arrangement exaggerated and loud. I absolutely loved the final product. And more importantly, the recipient loved it more! Ordering was easy via their online form. CONSUMERS BEWARE- I bought a $500.00 funeral arrangement and it started wilting in just 1 1/2 days…read more The mourning family took the arrangement home to hopefully brighten up and bring warmth into their home , but instead the flowers were TOTALLY dead in under 3 complete days (see photo attached) while All THE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS they brought home lasted considerably longer , as they should ! Quite obvious they made my arrangement with OLDER and POORER QUALITY FLOWERS !!! What I do recognize that mistakes can happen , but when they do any ethical company apologies and makes compensation or corrects the problem ! If you bought an appliance and it doesn't work they refund the money !!! In this case THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL AS THEY HAD MY MONEY !!! I am 78 years old and have NEVER WRITTEN a negative review , but in this case there handling of the situation was so HORRENDOUS that I actually felt it was my duty to protect others !!!! Naturally, you can choose to buy your flowers wherever you want , BUT WHY GAMBLE when you can deal with ethical firms if problem happens !!!!
