Poor Customer Service & Scheduling Issues…read more Trinity Dental has serious issues with customer service and communication. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:50 AM, only to be told at 11:45 AM that I would need to reschedule because they were short-staffed. No phone call, no text, no advance notice--just nearly an hour of waiting to be told they couldn't see me. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you value your time. This was actually my second visit, and unfortunately my second bad experience. I decided to give them another chance after the first visit had similar problems. During that first appointment, I was taken back for a cleaning and exam, then left sitting in the dental chair for over an hour with no communication or updates. I was later told there was an emergency. Two visits with the same issues shows this isn't a one-time situation, but a pattern. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and lack of respect for patients' time.

The next day, a separate one popped off. I was told to come in on a weekend to get it fixed, only to find out they opted to close early without telling me (or anyone else that was told to come in for "walk ins"). Fast forward to a few months ago, my stepdad's brother, a seasoned dentist but not an oral surgeon, recommended Cypress Oral to suit my predicament. I couldn't be more grateful that I went with his recommendation! Dr. Price and Dr. Michael both took excellent care of me from the moment I met them, as if they were doing a favor for their own nephew! Wow! They are both very knowledgeable about their expertise and covered things I didn't even see mention of in my research. I was nervous about the issue of price and potential complications, but they didn't pressure me in anyway, just kindly informed me of my best option, which for me was the implant. They eased a lot of my anxiety about the whole process. The staff quoted a much better, reasonable price than I was given at other practices. Hardly common these days, these folks actually care more about their patients than their revenue! I can barely move without sharp intense pains through my spine. Yesterday, I picked up a walmart bag containing Empty water bottles and was screaming in pain.
